Lifesaver for Endo Pain - Lifesaver!
What can I say - another great Amazon find! I suffer from endometriosis, and this portable heater has been an absolute game changer, especially while at work. I'm a nurse in a hospital, constantly on my feet, and this device truly got me through the day. The heat gets wonderfully warm (huge plus) and the battery life lasts much longer than I expected. It auto shuts off and has multiple heat and massage settings - through I personally didn't use the massage function (feels more like a vibration). The adjustable straps keep it securely in place, whether I'm using it on my lower abdomen or my lower back. It worked great for both areas! Bonus: it's compact enough to fit easily in a standard size bag, so it's perfect for travel too. High recommend for anyone dealing with chronic pain, cramps or needing discreet heat relief on the go!!

Perfect for students and healthcare workers!!!!
I’m a hospital CNA. I work 12hr shifts, and my period cramps get so bad that I’ll throw up, and get lightheaded easily. This is perfect for working long shifts on my feet; I can clip it on under my scrubs and go about my shift. I’m also a university student, and I wore it under my clothes to class today. Wish I had this in grade school when my cramps were much worse! Other reviews talk about how it “dies” quickly, however I believe that it’s either on a timer, or has anti-overheating measures, because mine goes for about thirty minutes before it turns off, but I can turn it on again and continue use immediately after. I charged mine from 4am-9am (which was NOT necessary; I just charge all of my electronics overnight), woke up and used the heating pad from 9am-2pm, only charged it for about 30 minutes at 12:00 while I showered (it wasn’t even dead by 12, I only charged it because I took it off to shower). It unfortunately died right before my exam at 2:30, but the battery life is much longer than other reviews say. I use it on the lowest setting; since I wear it underneath my clothes, the low setting is enough for me. It’ll obviously last less on higher settings, and it lasts probably half as long when you use both the heating and vibration features simultaneously. The vibration felt nice, but isn’t really that necessary, especially in combination with midol. If you’re anti-medicine or have something like endometriosis, I’d use both, but I stay medicated and don’t have any severe ovarian issues. I’m not sure exactly how long it takes to recharge once fully dead, because I just got this last night, but I plugged it in at about 4pm today (fully dead), and it was still charging when I finished getting ready for work at 6pm. Assuming from other reviews, it probably takes about 3hrs to charge, and I got about 6hrs of use at a full charge and low heat. Also, the vibration isn’t obvious. You won’t be buzzing loudly while wearing it, at least on the low and medium settings. I haven’t used it on high. Totally recommend for anyone with debilitating cramps, especially if you can’t sleep well at night. I haven’t worn it to bed yet, but I do know that having to lay on a heating pad at the perfect spot is difficult, so having a heating pad bound to your waist sounds like bliss. So far I’ve only worn this underneath sweatpants, foldover leggings, and scrubs, but I’m sure that you’ll have to wear it on top of jeans and stuff like that. Even still, it only looks like a fanny pack, anyway. I also have a smaller waist than most (I wear size 26 jeans), and it still fits me pretty snug. Not sure if it’s plus size friendly, but it’s definitely petite friendly. There’s even room to tighten it more, but mine fit me perfectly out of the box, so I haven’t adjusted it yet. There’s also lots of room to loosen it, if anyone’s worried about it being plus size friendly. It’s also super stretchy. All around a great product, but expect it to take a while to charge, and expect it to die fast if you want to use both the heating and the vibration. I only bought this for the heat, so I love it. Lowest setting is pretty warm on bare skin, gets manageable when over materials like leggings, or a tucked-in shirt. I’d only use the high setting if I wore it over very thick denim, or something. I even used the medium setting on bare skin, and I was fine. Heats up very quickly. 9/10 product, would give it a 10 if it had fast charging. I’d honestly buy a second one, just so I could swap them out and use one while the other is charging. Don’t expect such a small item to have a 12-hour battery, or something. Saw a review saying that it has “hot spots.” I believe mine is hotter on the left side, but it makes sense, because most of your organs are on the left side (including your uterus), so you want it to be warmer there. It doesn’t show under my sweats or scrubs, and just a tiny bit noticeable underneath my leggings with a crop top on, but if you wear full-sized shirts, you can wear it under tighter clothes without worrying about people seeing a huge bulge in your pants. Probably even less noticeable if you have more mass to you.

Good option for traveling
My wife had shingles and it caused nerve damage on her face that causes her eyes to water and tingle. She finds that a nightly heat treatment helps to keep her tear ducts clear and reduces inflammation. She uses a beanbag that you microwave at home, but when we travel we don't typically have access to a microwave so she goes without and it causes her to flare up a bit. I saw this and thought it might be a great option and it seems to be working well. It isn't quite as effective for her particular purpose as the hot beanbag packs, but it's also being used off label for her condition. It does get good and warm and seems to work well, and allows her to get some heat therapy that she wasn't able to get in the past. Her favorite color is pink too, so that's a bonus! If you have back or muscle pain and like heat therapy I think this will work well for you. For eyes and face, it still works pretty well, it just doesn't contour to the face like a beanbag, but that is no fault of the product. Great product and very convenient being rechargeable. Note-for traveling please remember that you should only transport items with Lithium batteries in your carry ons. Checking them is illegal and potentially dangerous as if the battery shorts for any reason it will start a nasty fire. This is not a negative comment about this product, this rule applies to any item with a Lithium battery.

Good to have, functional
The product charged and functioned as described. It has 3 levels of heat and 3 levels of vibration or massage. I've only used level 1 of heat and it does get quite hot, so use it over clothes. I will say turn it off after like 5-10 minutes to let the heated area cool a bit. It doesn't get hot enough to burn but hot enough to let you know it's there; and to ease those achy areas. I usually have it settled on the cramping area of my abdomen that hurts the most and it definitely helps ease it. I alternate every 5-10 minutes turning it on and off, when needed. It's rechargeable and took about 2 hrs or so to fully charge out of the box, like the pamphlet says it will have lights rotating on its face plate while charging and it will stop when it's done. I can walk with it on and also lounge around so it's very convenient and gives comfort while allowing functionality through the day when I use it. (Which is only when needed) The buckle is kinda difficult to unlatch, at least for me, so I measured out the strap and loosened it enough to keep it the same size as my waist and I just slip it on my abdomen like I'm putting on a pair of pants. Just so I don't have to keep fighting with the buckle. Even so, it does its job well so I think it's still worth a shot, if not for the ingenuity of the product than for its functionality.

I was initially happy with this product as it heats up very well for a rechargeable device. Unfortunately, it heats very unevenly and has heat “spikes,” which left me with burn blisters (one of them fairly severe). This was over clothing and on a medium setting. Oddly, the device was nearly cool to the touch after I noticed it burning me, so I thought I was overreacting and ignorantly tried it again. However, the blisters that popped up in both locations of my body proved it did in fact spike in heat randomly and injure me.

Awesome product! My gf has severe cramps and I constantly have sore lower backs. We both loved it! The heater is pretty good, the setting on level 2 becomes uncomfortably hot, very efficient tho.
