Comfortable
I have been using ankle weights for exercises post acl surgery. I like that these are adjustable by a lb so I can keep increasing the weight as I get stronger. Also very comfortable around my ankle. I wish the Velcro came a little higher up on the strap so I could strap one band directly on top of the other, but it still works fine to just strap the second one above the first.

Bought for post knee surgery workouts. These fit my need and can be adjusted to the right weight I need.

Not comfortable at all...for ME.
I bought these and wore them once for a very short time. They aren't comfortable at all and I found that they were a magnet for bunny fur. (I have 3 indoor house bunnies.) But the primary reason is that they just aren't comfortable.One highly positive thing is that the company is fantastic! They refunded me with no issues and didn't have me return my bunny fur covered ankle weights. (I don't understand why?! LOL) Stellar company!

Comfortable!
What I like most is that the fabric is very soft, so although you have something tightened around your skin with weight in it (that can be uncomfortable enough) it feels very comfortable. The quality is very nice and I feel like these will be really easy to add to my fitness routine.

Adjustable ankle weights
First time using ankle weights and I have to say that I do like these. I like the color, the sturdiness, and being able to adjust the weight. I have noticed a difference in my workout and on my legs.

Terrible design
I bought this product excited to have different weight options. The design on these are awful! They have 1 pound sand bags that have to be removed from a tiny opening to adjust the weight. They are a pain in the butt to take out and then put back in! When strapped around the ankle, it slides around and doesn’t stay in place, which is very uncomfortable! I don’t know why anyone would design something this way. I do not recommend this product.

Wonderful
I was really hesitant to order these, but I'm so glad I did. I knew couldn't afford to keep buying ankle weights to advance with therapy like my physical therapist wants me to do. These help to solve that problem. I'm currently using the one pound weights in them, but can one day progress up to five pounds. And I have the pink!!! It's lovely. They're easy to put on and take off. You won't regret buying these.

Overall, these ankle weights are excellent. The only reason I deducted one star is because removing the sandbag to adjust the weight can be inconvenient.

The weights are perfect and extremely well made. I can use them on my wrists or ankles to add some pounds to my free weight workouts. Heavy duty velcro straps. Very happy.
