KMS HairPlay Molding Paste | Texture & Definition, 150 ml

I used to use a bunch of different waxes and pastes before settling on this. It's a bit pricier than other products but it's worth the premium in my opinion. It feels nice and silky when it comes out, doesn't feel sticky and applies really easily with good coverage. It also smells amazing. It dries matte so you don't look greasy or even like you're wearing any product at all. It has nice hold for a natural finish, but if you're wanting to do something crazy then you might want something a bit stronger. My only gripe is with the pump dispenser. This stuff lasts a really long time, and unfortunately this means that the pump gets a bit clogged up with dried product and you have to attack it with a paperclip or something to clear it out.

I only use this on my hair, a very small amount goes a long way, in the warm weather, try to keep in the fridge as you will get a better application, hair stays in place. Do your research on the prices as Amazon prices go up and down and if you subscribe and save, check your being charged the right price.

Works better on dried hair and holds well while styled, but seems to lose hold strength after a few hours. Doesn’t leave any greasy residue or anything next day. Smells good too.

I often struggle to stop my hair from being frizzy. My new hairdresser used KMS Hair Play Molding Paste on my hair which is fine and tends to be fly away or slightly frizzy. Absolutely brilliant. I use it on damp hair when I wash it and if necessary put it onto dry hair 3 or 4 days later to extend the period between washes. I particularly like that it doesn’t feel greasy like some other anti-frizz products.

This is a great product which I have bought and used since June 2020 when I could buy it for £17.77. It’s now almost £30 and unfortunately I’ll have to look for a different product as I can’t justify spending that amount.

I have used this product for quite a few years and I am very happy with it. When recycling the container recently, I thought it felt quite heavy. I decided to cut it open and I was amazed to find a considerable amount of moulding paste (approx 3 week’s worth) which could not be reached by the pump action of the packaging. A lot of expensive product wasted by poor design. I have found that this is not a one off case and wish I could have a refund for the years I must have unknowingly thrown away the product!

Amo la textura que deja en mi cabello, después de aplicarlo en los largos lo cepillo y queda un efecto muy natural con brillo y sin que se sienta que tiene producto en lo absoluto.

I love this product. I have been using it and only it for over 20 years. I hope they never stop producing it. Highly recommend for fine short hair. Looks just like paste when dispensing it and the scent is not great, but it works! Does not make it still like hairspray and is not greasy like pomade. It gives my hair enough hold to stay in place all day.
