The media could not be loaded. Seems more sturdy than the totally plastic impeller that was in it , I've only had this saluspa for 2 months & this happened, they will not replace your pump , it's an easy fix & there are alot of screws make sure you have a long Phillips head screwdriver.

I was getting the dreaded E02 error message flashing & beeping on my Coleman Saluspa. The heat was dropping. Every time I reset it & turned on the circulation to heat it up I got the message. I ordered this impeller, put it in & it works again. Back in action. 🙌 I put covers over the holes so I didn't have to drain the hot tub because I had to unhook the whole pump unit. make sure you have a long Phillips screwdriver. Mine wasn't long enough so I had to borrow the neighbors.

I have a protein skimmer that the impeller rod snapped in 3 places I was hoping this would be compatible and it was! Great thing about it is it's made out of metal instead of cheap plastic.

Loved the included seals and o rings. Nice and pliable silicone worked great. This Easy repair allowed us to keep using the tub and avoid paying $500 bones for another one (until the breaker tripped and it froze a couple months later, destroying it completely). Pump worked great after the fix.

Hot tub bubbles quit working and this little part is what every website told me to replace. The cost of this little part that does so much is amazing first of all. This is one of those scientific discoveries that you’ll wonder if the price is right or a typo it’s so cheap. It controls the bubbles people! So always have a spare around for this common part that goes out easy.
