I purchased LED during sale and got a very good offer on the same.We got 55 inch and the best price available in the marketThe product is available only online and not offline . We went to croma and bijay sales to do our researchThey said we dont have Bluetooth or option to download apps but we do have both the optionsThe LED was installed same day by Samsung and we got good service as wellUnder this price we are satisfied with the quality and the good sound and picture

My experience with this TV has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction to help others make an informed decision.First and foremost, the TV was advertised to come with a built-in camera for video calling purposes. This was a crucial feature for my family and work-related video conferences. However, upon receiving the TV, I discovered that there was no camera included, despite the product description clearly stating otherwise. To make matters worse, purchasing a compatible camera separately would cost a small fortune.Additionally, the TV's software is riddled with issues. Attempting to use Samsung applications is an exercise in frustration, as I am consistently logged out upon login attempts. This renders the TV virtually unusable for its intended purposes, and the frequent system hangs only exacerbate the problem.The display quality of this TV is equally disappointing. The color accuracy, contrast ratio, and overall picture quality fall far short of what one would expect from a reputable brand like Samsung. It is a stark departure from the quality I have come to associate with Samsung products.I raised these concerns with Samsung, hoping for a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, I received a response that essentially shifted the responsibility to the retailer from whom I made the purchase, leaving me utterly perplexed and dissatisfied.In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend the Samsung UA55CUE60AKLXL TV to anyone. The false advertising, software issues, and poor display quality make this TV a regrettable purchase. If you're considering this product, I strongly advise you to think twice and explore other options that are more reliable and deliver on their promises.Save yourself the frustration and disappointment, and look elsewhere for a TV that lives up to its specifications and offers a better user experience.

We can't install other apps from playstore as it is not andriod TV, whatever apps are there are limited from Samsung and 90% apps are garbage.. dont have chrome...there built-in web browser is too slow...if you connect mouse n keyboard,it acts like 1980 PC i.e stucks every time we move....not able to connect laptop wirelessly , and if you connect using samsung software .. it also has many problem that they are not interested to solve it seems even after receiving many complaints from user on samsung forum.... My two portable speaker have good quality that Tvs Sound quality. no bass is there..I bought regret in 45K.. if you only enjoy pictures quality and nothing else ..then only buy it..other wise go for any google TV
