It's a nice product on budget. It just gets heated quickly, otherwise all good.

सबसे घटिया प्रोडक्ट जो मैंने आज तक खरीदा है, वह यही है। प्रोडक्ट खरीदे हुए अभी 2 महीने भी नहीं हुए हैं और मिक्सर खराब हो गया। कंपनी ने 2 साल की वारंटी दी है, लेकिन Longway India की तरफ से न तो कोई उचित जवाब मिल रहा है और न ही कोई customer support। केवल एक ऑटोमेटेड व्हाट्सऐप चैट है, जो हर बार वही fixed जवाब देती है, चाहे आप अपनी समस्या कितनी भी बार explain करे। Longway India, अगर बाज़ार में बने रहना है तो केवल वारंटी देना ही काफी नहीं है। अपने प्रोडक्ट की गुणवत्ता सुधारिए और customer की समस्याओं का समय पर समाधान कीजिए। लोगों की मेहनत की कमाई लूटने का काम करना बंद कीजिए। मेरी सभी buyers से विनम्र अपील है कि ऐसे प्रोडक्ट्स पर अपने पैसे बर्बाद न करें। प्रोडक्ट की गुणवत्ता और बिक्री के बाद की सेवा (After-Sales Service) दोनों ही बेहद घटिया हैं।

Very good product

The mixer grinder is decent considering the motor power and the inclusion of 4 jars, but it doesn't perform as well as top brands like Bajaj. Sometimes while in use, a burning smell and smoke come out, forcing us to turn it off immediately. Additionally, some items do not grind well; making a smooth paste requires adding a lot of water and grinding it multiple times.
