Hanes Women's Originals Plus Size Fleece Midweight Sweatshirt

Hanes brand has always been my go to brand for sweat pants, sweatshirts, and hoodies, so when I bought this, I knew what to expect. This sweatshirt is light enough that it's comfortable but still warm enough for cold weather. The only issue I had with this sweatshirt is that I thought I ordered the same gray color as the sweat pants I ordered separately, but they are definitely not the same color; however, they look fine together. I will be buying another one.

Nice fabric and quality, the neck hole feels a little snug, but it’s good for what I wanted.Very soft fleece inside, nice and cozy.

Not oversized in the sense that it's too long, but I sized up and it is roomy and fits great. Standard lightweight sweatshirt material, it's very soft inside but once you wash it, it's average softness. I love this too and wear it often. Wish they had other colors.

I wanted to give this sweeater 5 stars, truly, even though I initially found the neckline to be too snug, even for a crew neck. I went ahead and wore it despite my first impression, and quickly grew to consider that it might be a new favorite lounge sweater of mine. That is, until I washed and dried it. I had already sized up to a large (I’m between medium/large depending on the brand—38”/29”/40”), but after having been through a warmish wash and the dryer on medium heat, this sweater has shrunk down, sleeves and all, to resemble a fit more closely aligned to medium/small. Very disappointed. I might try again with a larger size.Also: the color immediately faded with first wash. So, with those three things: too tight a neckline, significant shrinking, and immediate color fade, this product has earned 3stars only because the price and relative comfort overall.

Fabric is nice but the M is weirdly sized. It’s short but not cropped. Rides up. I am 5’5” 125lb. The neck hole is really snug. Once I managed to yank it over my head it feels like it’s choking me. Not at all comfortable. The super snug neck hole also looks funny. Shrank a lot after washing. In comparison I bought my husband an Amazon Basics sweatshirt which was soft and looks great. And has held up well to repeated washing without shrinkage.

This is the warmest sweatshirt out of all that I have. It is so cozy it’s seriously stress relieving!I just sunk into it and wore it all day. Great price and I really would say get one. Or two…. I need more actually lol

This product is advertised as 100% cotton. It came and is 80% cotton and 20% poly. I searched long and hard to find one which was 100% cotton as per the description. I also purchased from a reputable supplier “Hanes” to try and ensure the product would be as desired.

Should and underarm area was huge.
