I know that this is a “base” mascara, but it works for me just as a nice deep navy mascara. I purchased on a whim, and I love this! The brush is fantastic if you have sparse tiny lashes-it grabs each one without clumping. Finding a mascara that I don’t have to wipe extra gunk off before using is rare, bonus for me is that it is deep navy. I’m a blonde and black mascara is too harsh. Will purchase again!
