Great Product
We really enjoy using this in our bedroom to get water. It has worked great for the last three months. My only comment is that it only charges with the provided USB-C cable and an old charger brick. It did not work with our newer Google and Samsung USB-C chargers.

DOES NOT WORK AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS
*UPDATE*THE WATER FOUNTAIN BROKE AFTER NOT EVEN 4 MONTHS. I'VE READ THE REVIEWS AND THIS IS COMMON. I'VE REACHED OUT TO THE SELLOR. THEY RESPONDED BUT DID NOTHING. I BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION OF THE DEFECT. NO RESOLUTION FOR US.THIS ITEM WILL NOT MAKE IT A YEAR. I WOULD SUGGEST TO BUY "WATER BOTTLE PUMP 5 GALLON WATER BOTTLE DISPENSER USB CHARGING AUTOMATIC DRINKING WATER PUMP PORTABLE ELECTRIC WATER DISPENSER WATER BOTTLE SWITCH" THAT ACTUALLY LASTED THROUGH A YEAR. THROUGH CAMPING AND PUMPS FASTER THAN THIS.GOOD LUCK.____________________________________My husband and I don't drink tap water. We never had since being together and even before, so we would buy 24pk water every weekend. Since moving to a dryer state we would go through water even more. We would make two or three trips to the store to get the 34pk at safeway. We wanted a new solution. Something that doesn't have us going to the store just for water. Or create a bunch of unnecessary water bottles. Which btw THIS SOLVED. No more random water bottles that are empty or barely drank out of.While looking for a perfect water dispenser I notice that the typical water dispenser with the jug on top of the machine that dispenses is nice BUT the cleaning on those are a hassle and what if you didn't clean theoughly??throughly??? So we bought this and we love it!! We are currently creating a stand for this and designated water station.MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS I DO NOT LIKE THAT THE HEAD ONLY FITS YOUR TYPICAL NORMAL COFFEE CUP. YOU CANNOT USE A TUMBLER OR TAVEL MUG. I REALLY WISH THE HEAD WOULD EXTEND.

Easy to use, gets the water where you want it.
I like how easy it is to place, then use. It looks good in my living room. I have been using this for months and I love it. I love it so much I am thinking about having a few stationed around the house. The main reason someone might consider getting this is the cost savings on filtered water. The water quality in my city is just below what the World Health Organization calls safe, so I get a 5 gallon barrel of reverse osmosis filtered water for 50 cents a gallon every month. This thing pays for itself in no time and worth have multiple if you'd like the convenience of access around your house. The only thing to consider is how you might "hide"/decorate your water container to make it look as stylish as the dispenser, that is a fun side project or something to be creative about. Great product!

Effective water dispenser pump without significant downsides.
Shopping for this type of product (small water dispenser pump) is extremely difficult as the vast majority on the market are of questionable quality and break down quickly, or start off with strange problems and leaks. This dispenser is quite an exception, is that it not only looks more appealing than the typical unappealing white dispenser you see all over the storefront, but also functions extremely well. The device itself comes with a silicon hose to perform water transfer, and I was surprised with the inclusion of a special cap with a hole that can be placed on a 5 gallon jug - unfortunately it should be noted that it is very loose - but this is an insignificant problem. With heavy use by the whole family, this product continues to function well. I would say I have to charge it once a week, and even then, it is me being proactive - I've yet to see it run out of power yet.Great dispenser, time will tell if it can hold up for a year or two.

Absolutely terrible design for seniors.
I give it 3 stars for effort and so that this review didn't get shunted to the bottom of the pile. I am a caregiver. We bought this for my 97 year old mother. She was quite able to understand and work it, but would still frequently try to press the wrong button. The designers made the preposterously stupid decision to put the dispensed amount button directly next to the start fill button, instead of behind or anywhere else that would not easily confused with the start fill dispensing button. Noticing how often she would reach for the wrong button I put a tape over the amount button. That worked for about a week before she hard-pressed the taped button in a moment of confusion, changing the 4 oz serving to the 32 oz serving, promptly flooding out not only her bedside Hospital table, but the unit itself. It's now ruined and useless. And we've only had it for 3 weeks. I'm a product designer by trade, and I assure you that any competent design team would have thrown this iteration into the trash can for very obvious reasons. I would not be shocked to learn that they never tested this with older people. I haven't decided whether to return it or not because we did break it. But they sure helped. It's a good little device for 25 bucks, if you're using it for yourself and you never make mistakes. Otherwise, assume you're going to make that mistake and be dealing with a mini flood of your own. You've been warned. 😄PSIf you go ahead and get it anyway, I would advise you tape a bottle cap or something with a slight depression over the amount button so it cannot be pressed at all.

Battery lasts but the platform to spout is short
Pro’s - the battery lasted over 2 weeks off of one charge, it’s easy to use and works well. Have been using it just over 2 weeks and no issues so far.Con’s-cheap plastic and the platform the spout is short so you can fit tall glasses under it. Forget filling a Stanley or water bottle. It’s also a little noisy

Listen To The Reviews. Skip This One.
I should have listened to the other reviews. This stopped charging and wouldn’t turn on after just a month of use. I figured if I was careful, I could avoid the same issues others had...but I was wrong. I suspected it might not recharge if the battery fully died, so I made sure to charge it regularly. Still it quit working with no warning. Straight to the trash it went. I ended up replacing it with a simple pump that sits directly on the water jug, and that’s been going strong for over six months with zero issues. Skip this one.
