Sticky stuff doesn’t last at all. I don’t really need it to though, because it stays in the shoe well enough like an insole. It does collect dirt and stuff though. Harder than expected, but they do the trick to relieve heel pain.

Got these for my aunt. She was struggling with her steps and she told me these are pretty comfortable and easy to use. They feel good built and helps her with her pain. Good value for the price.

Honestly by end of day makes your feet hurt in a different spot. I assume not intended for long-term use. But at the beginning of your day works great, that's why I gave him four stars.

They tell you it comes in 3s but it is only a 2 pack.Thats why I gave it a 3 star for. I brought 3 items of another product thinking it would be 3:3, now I have 3 of the other item and two of this.They are comfortable but they do get loose.

They do work! I usually suffer pain from heel spur on 1 foot. When I place those heel pads in both shoes, I don't feel ANYTHING! I am able to run multiple errands and even workout in the gym while wearing them with no pain!

This product was supposed to provide some relief for aching feet but it increased the pain in my heels until I took them out. I thought it was just the shoe or the fact that I was on my feet too long, but every pair of shoes that I inserted them in caused me pain. I work in healthcare and do a lot of walking so I was very disappointed.

They work well and are very comfortable in your shoes. I plan on purchasing more.
