Cushy, stays in place, economical.
Good product. Sticks well, stays in place and very cushy to use on elbows, etc, to prevent injury to skin. Also good price.

Works surprisingly well!
Docs cut a coin size chunk of skin cancer off the side of my lower leg recently. Sent me home with no spare bandages. Got these off Amazon after some stuff from the local drugstore became a big disappointment. Gauze will stick to the wound and tear it open when you change it and the old-fashioned tape doesn't stick to skin anymore. I'm old, I remember as a kid that stuff stuck way better! Couldn't keep it on for more than an hour or two before coming loose. These, by comparison, work really well and stay put for a couple days between changes. The pad doesn't stick or aggravate my wound. You can roll the edges of it gently up with your fingers in the shower to peel it off cleanly, wash the wound and then apply a fresh bandage after you dry off as needed. I bought another box to give me enough to finish the healing process. Excellent bandage!

Great Waterproof Foam Bandages!!
Looking for something to cover a rather large "boo-boo" on the inside of my leg above the ankle while partaking in normal activities including water. These foam dressings are waterproof and the right size to cover the area. Found out very quickly that a person should allow the adhesive to set with the body heat about 15 minutes in place before subjecting the area to any H20. This time allows the covering to adhere to the skin properly and to provide a leak free seal. When properly applied the bandage will survive the rigors of normal water and provide the protection needed to continue healing with the foam pad in place of the traditional gauze. Have been using these coverings for some time now with no healing setbacks

These have become a reliable part of my first-aid supplies.
These have become a reliable part of my first-aid supplies. What stands out immediately is the gentle yet secure adhesion provided by the silicone border. Unlike some traditional adhesive bandages that can irritate the surrounding skin upon removal, these come off with minimal discomfort. This is a huge plus, especially for those with sensitive skin or for dressings that need frequent changes. The foam pad itself is nicely absorbent. It effectively manages wound exudate without drying out the wound bed, which is crucial for promoting healing. I've found that these dressings strike a good balance – they're thick enough to provide cushioning and protection but not so bulky that they feel restrictive.Application is straightforward. The adhesive border makes it easy to position the dressing accurately, and it stays in place reasonably well, even with some movement. I appreciate that the silicone layer helps to prevent the dressing from sticking directly to the wound, further minimizing pain during removal. While these dressings perform admirably in most situations, for heavily exuding wounds, more frequent changes might be necessary. Additionally, while the adhesion is generally good, it might not be sufficient for areas with a lot of friction or movement over extended periods.Overall, the Silicone Foam Dressing with Adhesive Border is a high-quality product that offers a comfortable and effective solution for wound care. The gentle silicone adhesion and absorbent foam pad make it a superior alternative to many traditional bandages. I would definitely recommend these for anyone looking for a reliable and skin-friendly wound dressing.

Healing on a Budget – Almost as Good as the Expensive Ones
After spending time in the hospital earlier this year, I ended up with a bedsore that just wouldn’t quit. My home health care nurse suggested a name-brand bandage, but those were getting pricey fast, so I decided to give these Silicone Foam Dressings a try. Let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised! They have a similar quality to the expensive ones, and while they don’t always stick quite as well, they still do the job.I had never used these types of bandages on my own before, so I was a little taken aback by how sticky they are in the middle, even where there’s gauze. Don’t panic, it’s normal! These bandages are designed this way, and it actually helps with the healing process. The size I got was perfect for my wound, but they come in different sizes depending on your needs, so you’re covered there. Just a heads up though, these aren’t waterproof (I checked the description before buying, so I knew), so if you're planning to go swimming or take a shower, you might want to look for something else. But for everyday wear and tear, they hold up just fine, even with a little sweat. The best part is the price! These are affordable compared to other options, and I’d absolutely recommend them if you're looking for a budget-friendly way to help wounds heal. You can’t go wrong here!
