Yes it does! It comes with the USB cable that can plug into the mini GPS and to the USB power supply to charge and may also for operating it. LPL.

How does it work in united kingdom? can i download apps to it?

You should be able to download the app... I live in the United States. You just have to try it to see if it works. You should have internet there. LPL.

Can you put in longitude and latitude coordinates ?

I never got that far. I tried 3different units and never got the compass to reflect accurately East indicated west etc. after 3replacement attempts I threw it away
