This blanket is amazing. It does what it says. I have bought all sorts of things to help with hot flashes and night sweats. This blanket is light like a sheet but has weight like a blanket and even if you cover up over top of it with your regular blankets, it still keeps you cool I have actually bought three more it is that awesome.

I live in the hottest state so this has helped a lot. Its lightweight and drapes nicely, soft and covers without trapping in heat. During summer its hard to sleep with a cover but this keeps cool to the touch. The only downside is after a while, it warms up to my body heat and stops being cold, but since i bought the big blanket, i just shift it to the side and its fine.

I bought this due to hot flashes in the night while sleeping. I love that it is super thin. Which makes it very comfortable to have laying on you. It is so silky soft. It took me a few days to figure out what worked best for me with how to use it. Now that I have, I can actually have real relief in the middle of night that allows me to mostly stay asleep. This in addition to light speed fan at night is the greatest combination of cooling that I have had in many months. If you have hot flashes, this blanket really is a game changer. Especially when using with a fan, the material cools off so quickly and gets so chilly even when you are your hottest peak.
