Somewhat Unique
This jar is quite unique in its design. I appreciate it's all natural materials however, it did come taped and wrapped in a lot of bubble wrap - good for safe delivery, bad for the environment. Honestly though, beautiful and unique jars can be purchased from charity/thrift/vintage/antique shops for mere pounds. My jar came with a few flaws in the shape of the glass having irregular seams.

Pleased 2nd time round but appalling customer service
1st one arrived in a great big box with a small amount of bubble wrap so obviously smashed to bits. Replacement sent out immediately but they still wanted he smashed one returned even after sending pics which seemed a waste. Any way 2nd one is perfect really pleased but a month later still waiting on a refund. The customer service number goes to a dead line and no response from other ways I've tried. Will avoid this company in the future.
