I’ve recently added these B12 tablets to my daily routine, so it’s too early to comment on any noticeable benefits. So far, they’ve been easy to take, with no unpleasant taste or aftertaste. The tablets seem good quality, the bottle is well labelled, and you get a generous number for the price. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, B12 is an important supplement for me, so I’m looking forward to seeing how I get on over time. I’ll update my review after I’ve been taking them for longer.
