The product quality is highly unreliable.Beyond the poor quality, the company’s warranty policy is highly misleading and frustrating:False Warranty Promises: The online product page clearly advertises a 2-year warranty. However, looking closely at the invoice, it only states 1 year. To make matters worse, they completely omitted sending a physical warranty card with the product.Hidden Courier Charges: When I filed a complaint, customer support agreed to replace the dead product but demanded an extra ₹249 as a "courier charge." They claimed this rule is explicitly mentioned on the Amazon website and the warranty card. However, I checked the website thoroughly and found absolutely no mention of this fee anywhere—and since they never sent the warranty card, I had no way of verifying it.It feels like a calculated trap to squeeze extra money out of customers for an early product failure.
