Disappointing Quality & Misleading Warranty – Hidden Charges!
I bought the Longway Super Dlx Juicer Mixer Grinder in September 2025, and it completely stopped working by June 2026—lasting less than a year under normal household use. The product quality is highly unreliable.Beyond the poor quality, the company’s warranty policy is highly misleading and frustrating:False Warranty Promises: The online product page clearly advertises a 2-year warranty. However, looking closely at the invoice, it only states 1 year. To make matters worse, they completely omitted sending a physical warranty card with the product.Hidden Courier Charges: When I filed a complaint, customer support agreed to replace the dead product but demanded an extra ₹249 as a "courier charge." They claimed this rule is explicitly mentioned on the Amazon website and the warranty card. However, I checked the website thoroughly and found absolutely no mention of this fee anywhere—and since they never sent the warranty card, I had no way of verifying it.It feels like a calculated trap to squeeze extra money out of customers for an early product failure. I highly recommend staying away from this brand. They lure you in with big promises of extended warranties but use hidden clauses and missing documentation to avoid full responsibility. Save your money and buy from a reputable brand that stands honestly behind its product.

Loosed bad quality lids with no support
lids are loose and damaged. Sont have lid lock. Or even no rubber for lids. Whatever you put inside will automatically come out while grinding.
