Some,albeit slightly dubious evidence of better efficacy than abx in lower resp tract infections. Anecdotally I find it has helped sort out a bad chest with productive cough. Probably no use for just URTI. No discernible side effects. Just a bit pricey. Great that you can get it in Amazon now.

I am prone to getting coughs which last all winter. I also have a slightly compromised immune system due to medication I have to take for a blood condition. A cold to me then is absolutely unwelcome (not that anyone welcomes them of course).. Found Koloba by researching 'cold' on the NHS website. This herbal remedy appears there! I was amazed. I was even more amazed that it did what it's supposed to do. After my first dose (days after the cold had started) I felt brighter. A fairly analytical person I put this down to imagination. But no, with each dose there was an improvement and within two days I was barely coughing and sleeping through the night again. I am so pleased that Kaloba worked for me. I might try the tablets next time as easier to use but that aside I was extremely happy to have these drops next day with my Prime delivery. I wasn't really 'up to' driving out to source them from wherever (I'm a country dweller). Can't recommend this pelargonium extract enough and just hope it works as well for everyone..

I used to buy this from large Health Store, but they now only sell online - but could get from Amazon next day. Bottle is tiny - used to be approximately 100ml - now only 20ml for same price!!! I have used this many times in the past for colds, coughs, etc, and I find it effective. Have given less stars due to price for the size of the bottle received. I have since discovered that this is the only size available, and the price is pretty standard across sellers - although I have since ordered from the Health Store online and they gave me a discount of over £2 a bottle, so purchased several, so ready for the next cough/cold!! I would still recommend the product - I use it at the start of s cough/cold, and, even though the taste isn't exactly pleasant - it seems to help. Unfortunately, this last time I purchased it, I was already a few days into a cold before I ordered it, as I'd tried to buy it from the usual shop as I was unaware they had moved it to online only, so it took longer to start to help with symptoms, and the bottle ran out and then I had to wait several days for the order from the other supplier to arrive, as I couldn't afford to buy more from Amazon, after paying for the other order (which was cheaper per bottle).

Being a sufferer with sinusitis about every winter, this product is a gem. However as it is a herbal product, you will need to take it at least for about 4 days before you feel any difference. But it then gives a tingling feeling in the blocked up area and shortly after that you can expect to blow your nose and all the crap comes out.

Chose this after reading up on it. Seems to help with symptoms but my wife found more of an effect than I did. I have ordered more for future colds to take it early before it gets a hold.Tastes nice.

I am unable to contact the seller Unified Retail. The dropper isn’t working and I want to report this fault and return/replace. I’ve been using this product for years and it really helps. I am unable to use this one.

I've been using Kaloba for more than two years with my daughter. It's amazing for colds and coughs! You can see how your child gets better since the first dose! But do carry on doing the ten days! If you stop one dose, you see the symptoms back. Amazing product!
