Sturdy products - perfect for transporting cakes
The box and lid are easy to assemble and was great for safely transporting a birthday cake to the party venue. The quality of the cardboard is just right to protect the cake and you can unfasten the side of the box to slide the cake out. The cake stand is also sturdy so it gave confidence in handling the cake - the perfect package and I would definitely buy again

Mostly good
Cake drum is good quality, the tall box lid is good quality card but the actual box part is very flimsy and definitely not as thick card as the lid.

Box a bit flimsy for extra tall cake
Cardboard box was a bit flimsy. For such a tall cake which obviously weighs heavier than a standard depth cake I would have expected it to be more substantial. Bought for a 8” diam extra tall cake made up of 6 layers of sponge. This made it difficult to carry and resulted in the sides of the box coming into contact with the butter creamed sides of the cake so a quick repair was needed when we arrived with the cake at the venue. With hindsight I would have been better getting a 11” board and box The board was standard depth and good quality.
