Poorly produced product.
While the cylinder appears to be fine, the seals were very sub par. In fact the cylinder seal was totally useless. It was chipped, cracked and appeared to be worn. Useless. This product should not be on the market.

Didn't last
I did the break- in that was recommended by the manufacturer, and it didn't even fill the tank to max pressure before the ring was burned completely out. Does not function.
