Great Shelf. Poor fixings.
Thisa shelf is just wide enough to put the iron on and with a wood base it’s ascetically pleasing. The ironing board hangs off with ease and there are a few ways to make it suit your ironing boards legs. I liked that when fitting it. Overall I’m pleased as it’s perfect for the job and does’t take up loads of space.Reason I gave it 4/5 was the wall fixings are not suitable for a plasterboard wall, no matter what they say. I purchased Gripit 74kg plasterboard fixing kit. Now it’s up to the task. Up to you but if you use the provided yellow rawlplugs, good luck and don’t be surprised to find a hole in the plasterboard and your iron broken, the wrong part for a plaster board. I’ve included a picture as an example.

An excellent piece of kit
Excellent value for money and takes care of the ironing board which was standing up against a wall.The room for the iron on the small shelf provided is perfect, highly recommend!

Great for those tight spaces
Arrived when it was supposed to, my husband said that it was easy enough to put up, it holds our largish iron and there’s space for the water jug and more, I have an old fashioned ironing board which hangs on it quite nicely, it shows different ways to put the hangers on the structure to accommodate any type of board. It has made good use of some otherwise unused space, I would definitely recommend this.

Great item
Searched for ages for the product to best match our utility room. This provides a perfect home for iron and board. Can be a bit fiddly when lifting out but keeps ironing board elevated and gives it a space to occupy. Fixed to a hollow wall with heavy duty expanding metal wall fixings. Take the weight no problem. Shelf is not the prettiest but overall a great product.

Surprisingly good mount
I wasn't sure about this. The shelf at the top is quite small. However the mount holds our massive ironing board close to the wall beautifully. The variable angle holders are very elegant in design and the shelf at the top is big enough for the iron and some deionsied water. So all in all a nice unit. Recommended.

Don’t buy this if you’re short
Great idea but at 1.55 (5’2”), I can’t reach to get the iron off the shelf. I now have to buy a step or wait for a tall guy to help me out.
