Dose too much for me
The dose didn't agree with my stomach. I started getting those nasty sulphur burps. I tried chewing half a gummy instead and it worked perfectly. It isn't packed with sugar, we all need it, and it tastes good.

Needed for kids with poor diets
Our pediatrician recommended these after my son’s bloodwork came back with a vitamin D deficiency. He hates the taste of milk and doesn’t get enough in his diet. So, the gummies it was. These are great to boost levels quickly and supplement what’s in a regular vitamin. Dr wanted him to have higher levels because playing football, he’d need better bone health and support. He loves the taste of them and they were soft but not sticky.
