Best value I've ever seen for a supplement. I cannot give it a full 5 stars because it hasn't done much for my hormonal imbalance yet. It could take months but that's ok. Easy to take, doesn't stink.

Has worked great for regulating my cycle. 8 have noticed they are not as long now as well and I am not breaking out as often prior to my cycle..... if helped with bloating it would be too good to be. Overall very happy with my purchase and also this is the second brand I have tried and I have had the same experience with both.

I have been taking vitex for over 10 years now due to PCOS and endometriosis issues. This vitex is reasonable, has a slight raspberry taste and is high quality! It does take the edge off pain but not as much as I was hoping for.

I used most of the bottle without any noticeable effect. Based on some other reviews, I switched brands to Best Naturals and had an immediate female healing incident. Don't want to give TMI, but it was dramatically more powerful than this.

Im currently breastfeeding my 1 year old and having continuous spotting. Since taking the vitex the spotting has stopped but I haven't had a period yet so we shall see. So far I'm happy with the spotting stopping.

I’m so upset with this product. Or maybe it’s not the product, but with me trying this to help me ovulate, and TTC, along with Clomid, it knocked my cycle off. I have a regular cycle that comes every month like clock work and here it is 18 days later and still no MONTHLY. I’ve taken pregnancy test, and have had blood work done and I’m not pregnant. My progesterone is a 0.24 so pretty much non existent. My Dr., is saying I have PCOS and it’s looking like I’m estrogen DOMINANT. So long story short this product DID NOTHING FOR ME, and I’m now hoping my cycle finds me again SOON. Good luck for those of you this may work for, but I refuse to try it again. NO WAY JOSE’.
