This is a fine, inexpensive party set for one-time use. They are not durable enough to last for more. This set was made in China. The items are colorful with the designs on the hats printed well. The 59 pieces include 24 noise makers, 22 blowers, and 11 hats. It looks like I was short two blowers.The blowers work fine, rolling out and back in again. One of them had a human hair that got stuck in the sticker. There are plenty, so I threw it away. The noise makers were packaged in a bag with cardboard stapled to the top, like you would see if it were hanging on a peg in a store. The staples went through the metallic fringe, so part if the fringe had holes and shredded slightly when I opened the bags. Even so, they look okay and they make an annoying noise.The hats had to be assembled. The instructions were badly translated to English. The hats are paved, well loaded, and the inside of the hat is very beautiful. Fortunately they were intuitive to assemble for anyone who doesn't understand how to prepare a light belt or to wear holes reserved and knotted to Weili. The hats are smaller than the standard ones I've seen, but the crowns and cones have a tab to slot into place to hold their shape and little cut outs to tie the elastics. Ten glue dots, which is one extra, are included to stick the pom poms on the tips of the cones. They stick well. These need to hold until a party next weekend, and I am confident they will last until then.

We couldn't use it for my 2yo bday party, very small party hats.

It was for my daughter’sbirthday party. The bad thing was it was too hard to assemble.

The noisemakers are fine, but the party hats are unusable. Super tiny!

This party kit is convenience in a box. Geared for the very young, the hats are of smaller stature and must be assembled. Blowers and noise makers are included to ramp up the fun.

This set was perfect for our twins' 4th birthday party. I just kinda scattered these about along the center of our tables, so they not only served as fun things for folks to pick up and play with, they also kinda functioned as decor! There were a ton of blowers, and enough hats for the goobers who actually wanted to wear one.Some of the paper on the blowers did get torn, but the set came with so many of them, that didn't slow anyone down - they could just grab another one. The mouthpieces for the blowers are plastic, which held up better than the cardboard blowers we've used in the past, but are not as environmentally friendly.We all had a great time at our party, and this set was a nice touch. I might consider picking up another set for their 5th birthday party next year, depending on what theme we go with.

Ordered this to keep on hand for my two young kid’s birthdays & New Year’s Eve. I like all the little blowers.It’s my fault for not paying closer attention or thinking it through but I did not want to be assembling party hats. The little poms on top are cute until I’m wasting precious moments of my life attaching them.
