Not so thick
It's been around for years. It does what it says if you use it correctly. Don't be buying this just to cheat daily calories it's not how this stuff is supposed to work. Drink water and eat correctly. Add this great flavour ontop will add weight. I've had stomach issues from some companies but none with this. Texture is great but I don't use the amount stated. I use half measurements of powder mixed with the full measurements of milk (Gold Top get that cream for those extras) That way it's not so thick and I'll consume 2 of those throughout the day. Obviously you do you just some food for thought. Will be buying again and again.
