This travel bag is the perfect personal item size bag for United Airlines. I was initially skeptical because upon unpacking it, it appeared flimsy. I was so wrong! It’s very strong, the perfect shape to pack clothing, and it holds an amazing quantity of items. I was able to take enough clothing for my 10-day trip. With the help of compression bags (zip lock baggies), I was able to pack seven tops, 1 pants, 4 each underwear and socks, 1 pair flat sole shoes, 1 top and bottom base layer for colder weather, a warm hat, 1 quart baggie with travel size toiletries, 1 quart baggie with hair bands, powder, floss, and I I still had room for my small travel crossbody purse. I highly recommend this bag if you want to avoid the fees for carryon bags when flying with United Airlines. When I was questioned about the size, I was able to confidently drop my bag into the size guide at the airport without any difficulty. The bag easily fit under the seat in front of me. Since it is so lightweight, it was easy to carry through the airport. Handles are sturdy and easy to grip. One of my best purchases! I left the tag on in case I needed to return it, but it already saved me $70, so I will be keeping it! 5 stars for this great Boarding Blue bag!

This bag worked perfect for what I needed. Was able to store a few days worth of clothing, a purse, book & magazine. Still small enough to fit under seat. Does come with an adjustable shoulder strap which I didn’t need to use.

This is a very well made, lightweight, and lockable (TSA approved lock purchased separately) carry on bag that is a great alternative for anyone who cannot use or doesn’t want a backpack. It is small enough to satisfy the airlines under the seat size requirements, but large enough to accommodate a lot of items that you don’t want to pack in your check in luggage. Also, because it fits under the seat, it allows you to keep your carry on necessities close at hand and not shoved into the overhead compartment. It’s also a great size to piggyback on top of a regular roller suitcase for easy transport.

It has the space I was looking for and the material that it is made from don’t feel cheap like it will fall apart the first trip we take. Or the first time I over pack. Because I will and I will test the strength of that zipper and I will treat it just like I did my last one that was a American t I can’t tell you but I had it for 22 years and took it everywhere all over the us and mx and on 4 vacations a year so when it finally gave out this last trip I was going back to them but they didn’t make them anymore:( so I got this one!! First big trip soon we will see but so far go.

I needed it for an airline that charges to put your luggage in the over head. This luggage fits under the seat!

It is a basic duffel that fit nicely under the seat of all three aircraft on my international flights. Each airline had different under seat requirements. The bag had enough space for on board needs as well as a change of clothes and my packable rei puffer jacket. It worked well but one star deleted for the unnecessary premium price.

I haven't used this on a flight yet, but I can say right now, there are only two (2) zippers on this bag. Just one zipper on the outside, that goes along the length of the bag, but absolutely none inside (or anywhere else on/in the bag). Kind of disappointing. If you're into zippers for more organization, this isn't for you. If you use it for a gym bag, for example, or a bag for short overnights, it's great.

The bag is exactly as it is described. It is very lightweight and folks looking for a heavier material might be disappointed. It matches United's personal requirements; and, because it is a duffle, it is able to hold a lot. All my heavy items are going in the bag and the lighter weight clothes will go to the suitcase sized backpack (I only do carry-on). This bag suits my needs perfectly.
