My foot doctor suggested this. I told her I didn’t want old lady feet. It’s thick and be prepared with socks to put on afterwards! And be careful getting in shower on wet tile. (You can easily fall) You receive plenty, it feels good once on and a little goes a long way. It has help remove calluses with no other treatment, takes care of cracks on heals, and I see a difference in color of my toenails (back to normal white).
