As someone who has been diagnosed with both depression and ADHD, I am definitely an advocate for the necessity of mental health care. I see a therapist and take medication, and I try to talk about these things frequently in an attempt to help normalize it. Mental health care is health care, and you can't convince me otherwise. Even so, I sometimes need a reminder to take a break for myself, and since self care plays into mental health, it's all the more important to keep it in mind. I like the kitschy look of the sign, although I don't love that the holes for hanging the sign are in some of the words, which may make it a bit more difficult to read. It also looks like it was copied a few times before being printed on the metal; the image is not as crisp and clear as I would have liked. Still, it will be good to have, so I remember to take care of ME as a part of taking care of my mental health.

The print has been upscaled far beyond its original quality. It also looks like they were running out of ink as it's faded and striped. I'm very disappointed as the image and quote are very cute.
