Anyone making paella needs this! The perfect spice to add to any paella dish to give it that authentic "paella" taste. Well worth the month.

Quality Saffron is expensive. I have used this in a couple of recipes and the flavor does not disappoint.

I use this saffront as a t I don't necessarily cook with it.So far it's doing okay not sure if it's the best quality and reading different reviews.It's supposed to not be a dark shade of yellow inside the glass supposed to be like a hint of yellow.So sometimes they say they put pigment colors to it to help to enhance the color to it.So far so good, it's saffron.It's a spice it smells great

The fragrence is delightfully pungent. The amount of spice for the price was very good, I bought this for a batch of paella, and with saffron being so savory and fraguent it will perfect. And I can make many dishes of paella!

Stuff works for sure and has a decent taste

Good for energy, mood, clarity. Great quality. Tip: crush 5-6 dry threads into fine powder in cup. Add 1 cube of ice to melt (locks in beneficial properties), add warm water (not boiling). Optional- add honey. Enjoy.

Maybe its just me. But i dont think its worth the hype. It adds nearly no flavor and just colors your food
