YIANNA Fajas Colombianas Shapewear for Women Tummy Control Post Surgery Compression Garment with Zipper Crotch

I am 17 days post op from a diastsis with small umbillcal repair, tummy tuck and breast augmentarion. I purchased another faja prior to this as I did not want shorts but ended up returning it. I've worn this for 1 day and already see the difference in the other. My stomach is swollen. I am currently measuring 31 inches on my waist and belive I was 40 on my hips however I don't really have hips. I have thighs and some butt which is why I didnt want shorts. While I have my opinion about my size and shape, I've been told my build is athletic and I'm on the smaller size. I am 5'2.5 and weigh 150 lbs however, I have been told my weight does not match my appearance. I have always weighed more but I attribute this to my muscles structure from genetics and PCOS (aka PMOS), as I have normal but on the higher end, testosterone levels. I ordered a medium based on measurements and other reviews and to me, this fits perfect. I say this because my muscle repair was what was bothered by the other faja and the tummy tuck doesn't bother me. I have had 2 c sections in the past and had no issues after a week with pain, standing up straight, etc. just in case anyone is wondering or comparing for their own body/purchase of this item. While I feel like I could have more compression on the lower portion of my abdomen, my incision isn't irritated as the inside portion is soft. I still have my surgical tape stuck though. My trouble area is a little above the belly button and under my sternum for my abdominal repair. The pressure from this faja is felt more there but it is not uncomfortable. I also have it on the first row of hooks. It isn't completely smooth either. I'm in leggings and noticed a small bulge by my pelvis where the hooks start but my shirts cover it. Not sure if that's the swelling adding to it. It doesn't bunch but it does bend which I'm not sure if that's good or normal but it doesn't feel like it's digging into my skin. I also have a short torso so this comes right at my incision for my breasts but I have a compression bra and it doesn't irritate me at all. When I wore my surgical binder, both my pelvis and breasts were irritated. I have used the bathroom in this and while mentally, it freaked me out a little bit because it feels like you have clothes on, no issues so far with peeing. It opens up in the right spots and you shouldn't ever worry about getting pee on it. It also zips past my other hole lol, and when observed, I think I can do all my business in this without much worry. Lastly, I heard others complain about straps and getting it on, I had no issues. This didnt need much shimmy at all and straps are comfortable. So all in all, I found this easy to get on. I do think I will have to buy another once this swelling goes down a bit because width isn't the issue, my stomach protudes a bit because of the swelling. Overall, very pleased with this purchase and can't wait to size down when the time is right.

Really cute faja. It sucks me in quite nicely but I could’ve sized down a little bit. It has plenty of booty room for the thick girls! The straps are kinda positioned awkwardly and are a bit uncomfortable but other than that, I recommend it. I’m 6ft and 290lbs. I it stays in place really well and compresses in the right places.

I can’t speak to the durability because I just got it, but this is a great faja at this price point. I have fajas that cost $100-200, even a custom one, but this one is incredible value for the price! I’m a 32” waist, 44” hip after TT, Lipo360, and mini BBL. A size medium fits great. I’m tall, so it’s about an inch shorter in the torso than I would like, or I may just replace the straps with slightly longer ones. That’s my only complaint, but at my height (5’11”) with a long torso, custom is really the only way to avoid that. SnatchedBody fajas were too short in the torso and too large in the hip/thigh for me. I do wish it had 3-4 rows of clasps so it could progressively tighten more before you needed alterations or a size down. Be careful with the bathroom zipper, it can pinch your sensitive bits if you’re not careful zipping it up. Does not apply compression on the BBL which is desired. The first few times you wear it, you’ll probably need assistance putting it on. I promise, it WILL fit, but you need to be patient and work your way into it. After a few days of wear it adjusts to your body and your swelling goes down, and it’s much easier. Overall, definitely recommend this faja for those post-lipo/TT/BBL. It’s a great lower cost option. At this price, I’ll consider it good value if it lasts 3 months of every-other-day wear, but hopefully it lasts longer.

K soooo first off. I want to say I'm nervous to use the restroom in it. Ion know if the zipper goes back far enough. I do love that the zipper is there tho. I'm about 5'7 and 260lbs with side rolls, back rolls, middle rolls, diagonal rolls and a gut that needed no help expanding after my pregnancy. I sized up thinking it may run small. It needs to be much tighter. I will be replacing it with a smaller size because altho it's a bit lose for my like. I absolutely love what it does. Oh and lady bugs if you're like me with a butt that's more wide than round, THIS IS IT. I hardly leave reviews but to any of my fellow women with rolls and a stomach, who want a much smoother look....BUY IT lol. Yes I'm a real person leaving a real review.

If you have had a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), please do not believe the aggressive marketing for this brand. I am currently in recovery, and these are absolutely "not it." Even when sized correctly, they do not provide the proper support needed for post-surgical healing. The construction is completely off: the torso is far too long, and the leg and hip areas are disproportionately big—and I have curves, so that is saying something! To make matters worse, the zipper crotch digs into your skin in the worst way. Also, for my fellow neurodivergent/autistic folks: If you are struggling with a mental block about using the restroom while wearing compression, this garment will not help you. The "zipper closure" is not a solution for the sensory barrier. I have been physically unable to use the bathroom comfortably because of this design, which has only added to my recovery stress and led to constipation. Please, save your money. These might be okay if you are just looking to look a little slimmer under a dress, but they are NOT suitable or safe for post-tummy tuck recovery. I am currently waiting on a different brand with a proper hook-and-eye crotch because this one simply does not work. Do not believe the hype!

Literally my favorite compression item! I bought 2 of these for my post op journey and they’ve been great. Medium compression and easy to wear. Highly recommend for a lower cost but still high quality garment.

Ho trovato molto comodo il poter togliere le spalline e poter adattarlo addosso grazie ai gancetti. ✨Cade bene anche sulle cosce, e grazie al rinforzo in silicone non si arrotola sulla pelle. Molto comodo per me che amo utilizzare abiti che fasciano senza far vedere i rotolini. Lo lavo a mano con acqua fredda e poco sapone e asciuga velocemente all’aria. ✨Il tessuto è resistente e non sembra cedere quindi consiglio di prendere la teglia che si usa normalmente.
