I can see improvement after using regularly for 2 weeks. One should start with High dose initially and gradually reduce dosage for better results.

Have some patience
I have been using this since a month I got good improvement. My itching in nose got controlled Running nose got controlled I can smell well now But nose blockage is not yet done , awaiting the blockage nose to open . Will write another review in 2 to 3 months
