Using with Comforce shoulder support. Fits perfectly in the ice pack sleeve. There is no slippage of the pack. It stays cold 30-45 min. When used with the support--there is no need to protect skin from the cold. I bought 2 so that I always have one ready--they do refreeze fairly quickly. Can conform to the shoulder shape somewhat--better than other ice packs I have. I will probably be having shoulder surgery soon, and expect to use these a lot more.

Love how quickly it freezes, and it manipulates really well to comfortably fit injuries. I haven’t used it for heat, and don’t plan to.It’s also worth noting it stays cooler significantly longer than the inexpensive gel packs.

Oh my Gosh, this ice pack beats any I have purchased by a thousand %!! No lie, it’s big, it has the best set up to keep it on my body perfectly. Adjusts to all sizes I imagine!I love love it so much I am buying a second one right now be as sometimes I forget to put it back in the freezer, my bad!!!This is comfortable, the Velcro straps are strong and hold great! I bought this reading in the description that you use the 3-point cooling pad right on your desired area.That is not true, you need to put a wrap around it/underneath it so it does not touch your skin. I is very unstable and slides around/falls off quite easily. Total waste of money, a regular ice pack works as good if not better.

Great product, used it both cols and hot and it works great. Also fits in my shoulder brace.

Nice gel packs. These will come in handy for many uses. They arrive in a nice flat box. Very Satisfied with this purchase.
