So let’s get started with a few of the reviews that I have read before buying this keyboard case, the main thing being that the mouse pad is not well with being as precise when your using the trackpad, lags, and also that the trackpad itself was “ loud “ when clicking on something. Just want to state that the trackpad is works extremely well, it moves and glides very smooth and also is precise to whatever I am clicking on. In the video that I posted attached to this review shows the “clicking” when using the trackpad, if you can see and hear its not something that is even a big deal, when considering the price of this. I don’t think it’s loud at all and is easily something you could deal with. When you watch my video you will see just how easy this is to set up through Bluetooth, and you are set to start using your keyboard. I love that you can change the backlight of the keys to whichever color you would like. I absolutely love this keyboard/case and would recommend to anyone looking for one. I have used the one at Ap*** and this one works just as good in my mind. If you have any other questions you can definitely ask. Also to let you know I have the Apple Pro iPAD 11inch. The keyboard/case comes with a charger. The case itself is very sturdy and just overall feels very nice. I would recommend charging about an hour before you are supposed to leave for the day, and hopefully that should be good. I will post back soon to let everyone know how long the battery last, and if the battery life is good for someone that is using this for work, or school. I was looking for a keyboard folio for my new iPad Air (2024 M2) that had a combination of features: -Easy to attach and detach iPad (when not using keyboard, I prefer to use a lightweight cover that also protects the screen) -Has the top row of function keys (Esc, volume and brightness control) ` I tried the name brand $299 keyboard, which looked and worked great but lacked the top keys. Honestly that was a dealbreaker for me. I found an AMK at Best Buy that did have those keys, but it was only compatible with iPad Pro, not iPad Air. So if you have an iPad Pro and are looking for a keyboard with function keys, Apple does have one! I also tried the Logitech folio, which had the top keys and worked great, but it was not as easy to detach the iPad because you have to insert it into a protective case and then remove it, which takes some fiddling. It would be fine if you wanted to keep it in that case all the time, or take the keyboard off and have no protection for the screen. So far, the HOU has been better than both of the more expensive alternatives, although it is NOT perfect. PROS: The HOU keyboard fit both of my requirements — ease of attaching/detaching and has function keys. At first I did not like the oversensitivity of the trackpad, but a helpful reviewer explained that trackpad speed is a setting in “general” on the iPad. I slowed that down and changed the click setting to “tap,” and now everything is working really well, very similar to my work computer. This keyboard was also 1/3 the cost of the AMK and roughly 1/2 the cost of the Logitech. If I hadn’t tried the other ones, I may not appreciate how good this product is, at least for the specifications that I was seeking. CONS: The HOU keyboard is definitely not perfect: just now the trackpad stopped responding. Not good. But by turning the keyboard off and back on, it came back online immediately. I will use this keyboard as much as possible during the return window and will come back and update this review if that continues to happen. If so, I will have to keep looking….

This keyboard was one of the best purchases I've ever made. I love using my Ipad and wanted to be able to type on it. Once my laptop wasn't working as great anymore I figured I would make the leap on buying a keyboard for my Ipad. It's cheaper then buying a new laptop and works even better then a laptop. The keyboard is very comfortable to type on, keys are soft, and slightly clicky (in a good way). I love that you can change the colors on the keyboard to your liking. Battery life is great and I love the feature where it will automatically turn off when your not using it for a while to save the battery. It's lightweight to carry, now I'm not hurting my back on carrying a heavy laptop in my backpack. It was also very easy to connect to my Ipad. I love that it's pink! It's super cute! I consistently get compliments on it from my classmates in nursing school and it's made doing school work so much easier.

Keyboard I hardly ever write reviews. And this review is not the one i initially intended to write. I write a lot and was not into shelling out the money for the apple keyboard and did a lot of research before ordering the HOU. Point being, keyboard is extremely important to me, from tactile feel of the keys to its portability look and feel. I move around a lot and like to travel with compact gear, hence the II inch iPad Pro m4. Jump to cons for the reason I’m dissatisfied. The HOU Keyboard case Pros: 1. Lovely case and build quality. 2. Was afraid it would take too much away from the sleekness of my 11 inch iPad Pro m4. But the keyboard itself is about the same thickness as the ipad and the back magnetic attachment isn’t too thick. The case doesn’t add to much weight and is not cumbersome at all. FYI…I’m not a small guy standing at 6’1. So the weight is relative I’d assume. 3. It is a bit smallish keyboard but I’m on the 11inch so that’s relative as well. 4. Feel and look is really nice. Does retain dirt and oil easily, but it does come with a little shammy that cleans it well. Cons: 1. MAIN issue. The keyboard was stellar for me. Till it wasn’t. One day after the amazon return policy expired, the keys began to malfunction. Mainly the “/“ will simply begin typing “/“ over ///// //a///n///d//// over. Did everything to troubleshoot. Would work for 5 min gaps then back to ///d///a////s//sh marks. For someone who writes and purchased the keyboard for that purpose, this is the worst. 2. Tried to reach the company. A wish, since the return date expired, but i don’t even see a way to contact their customer service. And no info on their company’s warranty.So…it’s a loss. 3. Trackpad is very sensitive, even with setting the sensitivity level to the lowest setting in settings. The HOU had a lot of promise. But not being able to type on a keyboard…is.. well..you know. It’s possible that i simply received a defective one. But I simply wanted to post this to give you a heads up on what can happen. Now it’s time to start saving for the Apple Keyboard for I will not be gambling again.

This keyboard feels very good quality, except I wish the bottom board with the keyboard was sturdier when holding it with one hand. Other than that my only other complaint would be that the backlighting is not evenly distributed on all of the keys, and every other key seems brighter than the other and either yellow or white. However, this only happens on white, all the other colors seem to look the right color except the distribution of the brightness is still off. The weight of the entire keyboard with the iPad and the apple pencil is very similar to the new M2 Macbook Air. The keyboard is very nice and clicky, reminds me of a logitech keyboard and a macbook pro magic keyboard at once. Very nice, really, and I am typically very picky when it comes to keyboards. After some time, the backlighting automatically goes to sleep like that on a Dell or windows laptop. This is a nice feature as it will help save energy. The shortcut keys on this keyboard are very nice and will make the experience of using this so much better. The row of function keys are amazing and pretty much everything you would need on your iPad. The trackpad is a nice glass feeling very similar to that on the mac and is super smooth and responsive. Lastly, regarding the color, I got white. It seems it will get dirty fairly quickly but they have included a microfiber cloth that seems it will do a great job at removing most of the dust and dirt off the keyboard. I’m sure a quick swipe with a wet cloth will also remove most of the dirt stains on the keyboard. Overall, this was a fascinating purchase.

I sat on this for a while because the price scared me but it’s not as outrageous as the name brand models so eventually I talked myself into it. Originally, I purchased a case and keyboard separately, but once I needed my iPad on the go I realized how much more convenient it would be to have a case+keyboard combo and this one also had a trackpad that made it even more appealing. After using it for a few days I am glad that I made the purchase. The material is a soft touch type, feels smooth in hand and is sturdy. The magnet for your pencil is exposed so you can have it attached at all times. The case allows you to tilt your screen at a great range of angles making it convenient for multiple positions. A downside is that you can’t use your iPad in portrait orientation. This has some weight to it that makes it feel quality made but it’s not unbearable, clunky or bulky. I have had no issues with bluetooth pairing and it was actually very quick to pair. As for lagging, no major issues but the Fn key is not always quick to respond. Most times I have to hit it twice to get the action completed. You have the option for backlight which is nice because if you want to preserve battery life you can turn it off. I typically have it off and the battery life has surprised me. This using the same charging port as my iPad Air 4 so I’m able to have just one cord on hand minimizing the amount of things I need to carry around.

I use this with my new IPad Air 11inch (M2) and it works perfectly. Long battery life. No problems connecting. Comfortable, adjustable screen tilt. Works immediately. Backlit keyboard (light comes from in between the keys). I use the keyboard heavily through an 8-hr work day as an NP on the go. Battery has lasted several days so far. Keyboard is easy and comfortable to type on. I use with ipencil and cover allows pencil to stick to the edge of the iPad to charge or it has a small area area that is magnetic and allows the ipencil to stick to it. There is not a specific place that holds/secures the ipencil on this cover but the iPad magnet is strong enough that it stays put along the edge when I stow the iPad in my bag. It’s perfect and I’m very happy with the purchase. Makes my work so much easier.

Bought this expecting to use it in class. Had no issues connecting/ Pairing. However, the space bar doesn't work! All the other less work great. They're quiet and honestly satisfying. I bought a seemingly thin case to go with it (just to cover the corners and sides cuz I dont trust myself haha), but the particular one I close doesn’t support the magnet so the iPad just falls. The magnet could be stronger (not just saying that cause the extra case didn’t stick)but it does its job just fine. It is a little bit heavy, but it won’t be an issue for most people. The trackpad works great; although I was hoping that you wouldn’t have to push down on the trackpad to click things. Wouldn’t be a big deal if the click it made wasn’t loud. I would be annoyed if another student brought this into class and was clicking throughout the whole lecture. For at home I don’t mind, but that wasn’t why I bought it. On my laptop all I have to do it touch the trackpad and it will do the job of clicking it, just… silently. Maybe I just got used to that, but that part was a little disappointing. BUT with that said, it isn’t a laptop or a replacement for one. This serves its own purpose. This is a super thin keyboard and i don’t know why I expected it to be the same a my laptop. Has an adjustable backlight to which I absolutely love. Otherwise it seems like pretty good quality. Granted, I’ve only had it a day, so I haven’t seen any wear and tear.

Ich hatte diese Hülle einmal in schwarz und einmal in rosa bestellt, weil ich mit der Farbe noch unsicher war, öffnete die rosafarbene zuerst und war direkt schockverliebt, ich wusste: es muss die in rosa sein. Leider hatte ich jedoch ein Fehlprodukt erwischt, denn die Hintergrundbeleuchtung flackerte und ohne am Strom angeschlossen zu sein, funktionierte sie garnicht, nur mit Stromkabel. Auch die Bluetooth Verbindung blieb nicht bestehen. Ich sendete also die noch versiegelte schwarze Hülle und die fehlerhafte rosa Hülle zurück während ich eine neue in rosa bestellte. Ich muss sagen, ich bin jetzt überglücklich! Ich habe ein hochqualitatives Produkt mit perfektem Tastendruck, sodass es richtig Spaß macht, drauf zu tippen und mit einem schönen angenehmen Touchpad aus Glas. Auch die Hintergrundbeleuchtung hat schöne, satte Farben. Man kann die Farben entweder einzeln leuchten lassen oder im Wechsel. Wenn man einige Zeit nicht die Tastatur verwendet, schaltet sich das Leuchten aus um Strom zu sparen. Das Material fühlt sich ebenfalls sehr robust und hochwertig an. Es ist einfach angenehm, das Produkt in die Hände zu nehmen und damit zu arbeiten. Es funktioniert alles tadellos,beim einschalten ist die Bluetoothverbindung sofort gegeben und sogar der Akku wird, glaube ich, sehr lange zu halten. Bisher hat sich nach einem Tag an der Batteriestatusanzeige garnichts geändert. Ich kann diese Hülle also stand jetzt: sehr weiterempfehlen!!

Ho acquistato questa tastiera per il mio iPad Air e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene fin da subito. La qualità costruttiva è buona, solida, e sinceramente non ha nulla da invidiare alla tastiera originale Apple, che costa decisamente di più. I tasti sono comodi da premere e la digitazione è fluida, anche per scrivere testi lunghi. La uso da qualche anno e posso dire che è ancora perfettamente integra: nessun tasto saltato, nessun problema di connessione. Anche la batteria dura molto, la ricarico raramente. Per il prezzo che ha, secondo me è un acquisto davvero valido. La ricomprerei senza dubbi.

Connu immédiatement en Bluetooth sur mon iPad Pro. 11 pouces. Deuxième génération. Bon clavier AZERTY, le retour des touches est très agréable et inspire confiance et solidité se recharge directement avec une prise USB C. Le trackpad (espace souris intégré) du clavier est très efficace avec 1, deux ou trois doigts et les différentes fonctions de navigation associées. Les rétroéclairages avec différentes couleurs sont du plus bel effet et d’une belle efficacité pendant la nuit. Certes il ne rechargera pas l’iPad, mais franchement on s’en fiche et moi je suis très satisfait. A voir sur la durée. N’hésitez pas.

La alternativa perfecta si no quieres pagar lo que cuesta el de Apple y buscas la misma experiencia. El diseño con imanes es muy firme y hace que el iPad parezca una mini computadora. El trackpad responde súper bien a los gestos de iPadOS, tiene función de click y las teclas tienen un recorrido físico que hace que escribir sea muy cómodo, nada que ver con los teclados de goma baratos. Me gusta particularmente la sensación cuando escribo, incluso diría que es mejor que la de un teclado de Apple. ​Lo que más me gusta es que es retroiluminado, ideal para trabajar de noche, y la batería dura semanas con una sola carga. Ojo es un poquito pesado, nada extremo, pero eso ayuda a que el iPad no se vaya hacia atrás cuando tocas la pantalla. El material exterior es un tipo de piel bastante resistente. Yo uso muchísimo mi ipad y me impresiona lo fácil que es de limpiar. Las instrucciones de conexión son muy fáciles de seguir. En resumen, construcción sólida, conectividad Bluetooth instantánea y un acabado que se siente premium. Si quieres productividad real en tu ipad por muchísimo menos, esta es la compra fija.
