Since the release of sophomore album 'Duality' in 2014 (produced by John Feldmann - 5SOS, Blink-182, Good Charlotte, All Time Low), lots of things have changed for Tampa, FL natives Set It Off. Considered among many the freshest pop-rock band in the scene, they've been working for the past few years on 'Upside Down', their third full-length album to date, in which they continue to expand their signature sound of high energy, orchestra-infused pop and exquisite musical composition and harmonization. 'Upside Down' will be available worldwide-wise in physical & digital formats on 7th October in perfect time to become one of this Autumn's soundtracks.

Very good, not quite great.
This is a good album, with some catchy songs and has been on repeat since I purchased it. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because it packs nowhere near as much of a punch as 'Duality' does, none of the songs from this album have anywhere near as much passion or fire in my opinion. That said, 'Upside Down' is still worth a listen, and 'Diamond Girl' has been stuck in my head for days.

Set it Off were a happy find for me at this years Slam Dunk North. Ordered the album the next day; yes; they were that good. The album isn't perfect (what album is?), but it's happy, bouncy and full of life-capturing the essence of the band onstage. If you like your po punk lite take a punt on this band, you won't be disappointed!

if you don't like it, then stop listening
So allegedly Set It Off have changed their sound...really? have the people who complained about that actually listened to their records? Especially Duality?? It's got pop written all over it! So has this, it sounds no different to something that All Time Low would write...i wish fans would stop whinging that bands are changing their sounds....it's called evolution, without it bands become stale! if you don't like it, then stop listening, but i give them credit for writing what they wanted to write, and i dont think its that much different to their other stuff. Bands either evolve or die i guess, and this evolution is only a small one, and i love it :)
