Works would recommend just not sure if every system would echo the same.
This splitter worked our issue with the device when on a call it would echo when person on call would question if we were still on. We had to disconnect other receiver to be heard without the echoing sound.

When you need to connect multiple phones to one line
I was doing an install that required 3 phones in the space. Each phone would share the same number. Normally I would just split the phone line out to 3 separate jack with dolphin or scotch locks but i found one of these items in my Misc parts box. Made life easier by allowing one jack to be use then this inline with that. Should they need to add another item to that shared line, a phone cord would just need to be plugged in.
