Really useful if you want to control blood suger levels. We use cgm and it does not spike any suger levels. Chapati is not as soft as wheat one but still good enough.

This totally overpriced atta is no better than the regular atta. The fluor is grainier and sticks to every utensil. Waste of money Do not throw away your money!
