Taskar Heavy Duty Safety Picture Hooks - Pack of 3 15kg Load

Used this for a brand new mirror. The new mirror which I got from QVC had a two hook system, solid wood back and glass all over the front, so it was a hefty boi, but when I purchased it they stated one only hook. One on either side and 8cm above the middle point. So I had to take that into account so the mirror sat perfectly in the middle. Now this pack of hooks were pricey for £5.99; but I wanted them next day so I paid the extra. Plus a giant mirror in a box laying around and something bad is bound to happen, so quicker the better. So... Next day rolls by and they come, its prime delivery and delivery in my eyes is just that, delivery. Im rating the product not the delivery. Pretty simple really. Mark the middle point of the wall or where you want the eye high point to be and then measure the hooks from the middle and get marking. I didn't use the screws that came in the pack as I had some spare thick screws laying around and thicker wall plugs. But the one's in the pack would do the job perfectly fine. So I used the two hook on the mirror above the fire and last hook on a spare mirror in the hall. In all they are pricey, but they study and can the weight. If you can wait on delivery buy a larger pack. But these are good for what they are.

Excellent hooks just what I need and the perfect size not too small and not to large. They were easy to pop up and came with everything. Most definitely would purchase again.

I bought these to use on plasterboard, where I needed to hang an item that's heavier than I would trust to an ordinary picture hook. The hooks are strongly made, so on plasterboard I'd imagine the safe load would be limited by the strength of whatever plug or toggle you decide to use. But of course they'd be fine for heavy items on a masonry wall too.

Worked well and is holding a large picture no problem. Can't talk about the fitting, as I got a neighbour to hang the picture, but he made it look easy.

I have not used thr products as yet, however it looks sturdy enough to hang my picture.

Used a couple of these to hang a heavy mirror. (1000mmx800mm) Fixed to red brick with the rawl plugs and screws provided. I usually use my own screws and plugs because some companies provide poor quality fixings, these are more than good enough. Mirror easily weighed upwards of 15kg and I'd bet they could hold twice the weight. These will have no problem with a picture frame and the tabs provided ensure whatever you hang will not accidentally get knocked off. If you're hanging anything you don't want to fall, buy these.

These hooks are great! Easy to install, secure, earthquake proof and strong enough for my heavy framed picture.
