Not all shower hoses are the same, this one is excellent on all counts, smart looking and so easy to clean. The length is ideal and as I am 6ft 3" it reaches all the bits it needs to reach, The shower hoses best benefit are its swizzle heads making it super flexible , I never realized how tied up the old one used to get until purchasing this version, added bonus was the extra washers, at long last a tangle-free shower, it had no effect on the water pressure.

I can't complain about this item really. It fit really well and it does the job, but I'm docking a star for a few reasons. One, it's an aesthetic reason and maybe it's just that I'm used to traditional shower hoses, but I think it looks a bit cheap. It doesn't feel cheap, but it looks cheap, YMMV. Two, water flow: I can't say for sure, but it feels slightly slower. Three, and this is the main one: it came coiled up in the box and because it's a plastic pipe and it's been stored like this for sometime, it is trying to retain the coiled shape all the time. I've straightened it out as much as I can, but because one of the features of this hose is that the tube is free to rotate within the connector (a nice feature, it stops it tangling up) the tube rotates and tries to coil up every time I use it which is annoying as it then refuses to hang down properly when I hang it back up. I'm hoping over time and with warm water flowing through it that it will continue to straighten out over time. Nice hose, but some minor issues that may or may not bother other people.

I am delighted with this item. Much better than shower hose in the past. Great quality. I like the smooth look and feel. It was so simple to attach . Even I had no problem at all. The washers already placed, so had replacement s if needed. Much cleaner look. Love it.

I purchased this hose for my rental as I wanted to install a new shower head of my own that contains a filter for the water as it’s been affecting my hair more than I would like to admit, having lived in a hard water area over the past two years.Well made, does the job, easy to install and looks great. I hate all the gunk that you get on the metal shower hoses. I have tried two of these smooth type ones before but had problems with both of them. This was usually because of the cones on the end of the shower hose which didn't fit the shower properly and resulted in water leaking from the shower connector. So I thought I'd try this shower hose which has brass connectors. When I connected the hose to the shower and noticed that the cone screwed in twice the distance as my old one, it immediately felt so much better. I then connected the other cone to the shower head and turned on the water. Water immediately started leaking from the shower head connector. It was then that I remembered I hadn't put the rubber washer into the shower head connector. Having put the washer in and turning the water on again, everything was perfect,no water leaking anywhere. Not only that I didn't even use a rubber washer into the connector that went to the shower. This was absolutely watertight without it. The only downside was the connector that went on to the shower head didn't fit properly into the shower holder on the wall so is slightly wobbly but not enough for it to move around out of position and everything is ok. So yes some people might have given this four stars because of the connector to the shower head not fitting properly but that isn't the fault of the shower hose as the dimensions were given in the advert and I realised before I bought it that it might be a slight problem but decided to take a chance. So yes I would highly recommend this shower hose I would definitely buy again. If it's useful to anyone my shower is a Mira event XS

I thought that this would perhaps look cheap, as it was not metal, however it looks really good with an excellent finish, and more importantly if works very well. It handles pressure better than the usual plastic/metal hoses. Worth getting for your bathroom 🙂👍

I was quite happy with this shower hose until it started leaking inside the connector to the shower.Not good.

Hace más de un año que lo compré y sigue como nuevo. Es un producto caro, pero merece la pena.

The ends are metal and the ends are what failed on the one I was replacing. Maybe the description said they were metal and I missed it, but it was a good surprise when it came with metal ends.
