Saw this style of glass in a fancy bar and loved them but they wanted£ 40 plus for two so being as I am not rich I sadly had to decline but found them on amazon and read many reviews some saying that received broken items and had to return which sounded like a whole heap of hassle but finally decided that I really, really wanted them so bit the bullet. Waited as late as I could before I had to go to work so I could get them before( perfect timing by amazon) then obviously had to buy a bottle of wine to try after work and I couldn't be happier even my daughter who cares not about such things said how nice they look and not a one was broken. So happy I bought.

Elegant and yet solid
Love these glasses. Much sturdier than all the previous higher-priced wine glasses we had and yet still elegant. Many of guests comment on how great these glasses are. For us they work well for red or wine, even if purists might frown upon the idea.

Modern and attractive in design. They make a lovely ring/tone when tapped against another glass as in a ‘cheers’ occasion. Unsure if some may find the top too small a diameter. Recommend.

I bought two of these glasses from a small shop in Newcastle and I absolutely love them, they are solid but yet very clear and shiny and although I love crystal too, I needed something that I could use everyday without them deteriorating or smashing/chipping and these are it. I simply had to have more and so I bought these from Amazon - exactly the same as the two I bought originally and I love them!!
