Pick a little bigger than expected but it is a 2.0. Feels good in the fingers after warming up a bit. Nice sound on the strings, smooth strumming.

This has been my one of my daily driver picks for about 8 months now and I like it a lot.Yes, it's much more expensive than a run-of-the-mill guitar pick. That said, it's a very specific thing -- a 3-tipped, speed beveled, 2mm+ pick made from a specialty material. Comparable picks from boutique makers usually go for $50+, so if this is the sort of thing you want, this is a pretty good deal.I've found these to be a little less resistant to scratching & warping than some picks I've played & owned from e.g. Blue Chip & Apollo, but not enough to bother me, and also easily corrected with a bit of polishing (for scratches) & alternating the direction I store it in a pocket/wallet (for warping).The tip's comparable to a Blue Chip TAD-type pick and I find the bevel very nice. Easy to get a warm, round sound out of most guitars, but you might want something a bit more rounded for a particularly bright/trebly instrument.

Posseggo da molti anni plettri in vera tartaruga, acquistati quando il simpatico animale marino non era protetto. Primi anni '80 del secolo scorso. Ora ho voluto provare questi plettri in caseina della D'addario. Consegnati dopo quasi due mesi dall' ordine, appena ricevuto li ho provati immediatamente. Rispetto ai plettri in vera tartaruga hanno un timbro meno ricco di armoniche che non fa risaltare i bassi di una chitarra Martin D28CW, ma suonano meglio di qualunque altro plettro in circolazione sul mercato internazionale tipo Bluechip, Wegen, Dugain e altri brand. In definitiva... costo altissimo 45€ un plettro, resa sonora tutto sommato non all' altezza delle aspettative per un chitarrista acustico che suona Flatpicking e Manouche. Un fatto resta ...una verità assoluta: i plettri in vera tartaruga sono inimitabili e ineguagliabili. Comunque questi in caseina sono migliori di altri plettri, fatta eccezione per quelli in corno o ossa di bufalo che hanno un timbro molto simile a quelli in vera tartaruga.
