I am 54, and when I was a kid, from time to time my mom would buy Colgate tooth powder, so I remember the feeling of using that over a standard paste. In the last year, we have gone completely fluoride free at our house, but even the OTC options without fluoride have a long list of other toxic ingredients. I found this powder, and with such a great price, decided "why not?". When I tell you this stuff feels amazing, I am telling you that it is light, not at all chalky, and has such a delightful, yet not overpowering minty flavor. I have sensitive teeth, and since using this, not only have my teeth been much less sensitive, but there were times maybe once or twice a week, I would see pink when I spat....Not with this powder!!! It has healed any light gum bleeding I had from time to time, and my teeth feel so INCREDIBLY squeaky clean! It seems like I have hardly made a dent in this since it was purchased, so I know that it is far more cost effective than store bought paste, and BONUS!!! Its all natural! Make the switch..You'll love that fresh smile feeling!!!

Great price for a great product. The taste is a little intense, but my teeth feel really clean with the tooth powder, will never go back to toothpaste in a tube.

I’ve been looking for an alternative replacement for toothpaste for awhile now. There’s not a whole lot that I could find that seemed actually beneficial for oral health.I just want to list the ingredients to help understanding of what it does focused on dental health:Bentonite Clay: helps remineralize your teeth and enhances overall oral health, it even helps eliminate the fluoride in tap water.Calcium Carbonate: helps whiten teeth, remineralize, and restores the calcium lost.Birch Xylitol: Boost dental health and prevent tooth decay. Xylitol actually kills off the harmful bacteria.Magnesium Citrate: helps fight inflammation, improve bone health (also tons of other benefits outside of dental health if you look into it)**Himalayan Salt: It's believed to strengthen tooth enamel, whiten teeth, decrease plaque, and stave off gum disease.Peppermint Essential Oil: This is for flavoring.Factually, these are all great ingredients, they do well and all work together simultaneously. If you understand minerals and vitamins they absorb a certain way. The calcium and salt help the other minerals do this.**this is my opinion here:The only real issue I have is the Himalayan salt, and the reason why is because I’m not actually certain where it is sourced. There’s been an uptick in Himalayan mining, which means the minerals that are supposed to be getting extracted aren’t coming from the vein because it’s being made produced. (I use Celtic Salt due to the 82 other minerals in it) this isn’t to say the salt they’re using it isn’t good, I just don’t know where it’s sourced exactly.Anywho, I also switched out my plastic toothbrush for a natural toothbrush (made to help sea turtles, but the best is with boar hair) after the first day of using it twice a day, I noticed a huge difference in my oral health. I get excited to brush my teeth, my teeth are already noticeably whiter and feel a lot better and cleaner all the time. You know that weird slimey feeling at the end of the day you get, IT DOESNT HAPPEN. Like I said this is my favorite brand of all time and I’ve been telling everyone about it. It’s definitely worth every penny and it’s not expensive because it will last a while.Regardless, do what you want, but I highly recommend this product.

This toothpaste is amazing. Traditional toothpaste was doing nothing for the health of my teeth. Sensitivity was off the charts. I've been taking this for 1 month and the difference has been night and day! I've felt an 80% improvement in tooth sensitivity and my mouth feels so much cleaner than it ever has! The peppermint taste is very nice, not too much and not too little. It rinses off completely so there is no grittiness and no discolored gums like there is with charcoal toothpastes. I highly recommend!

I really wanted to love this toothpaste. It is all natural & vegan, which is important to me. The toothpaste tastes good & cleans well. The problem is that it has caused my teeth to become sensitive. Unfortunately, I have enamel loss from teeth grinding & an ingredient(s) is making my teeth ache. It's not the company's fault. I believe it is a good product, but it's just something I cannot use.
