I used this in combination with other products to fix my gut issues. I took this supplement before each meal 3 times daily with Cabdibactin-AR and a ginger supplement. It is important to take it before your meal or your breath will smell like garlic which is not pleasant. I also took the Metagenics Candibactin-BR at 2 tablets morning and night. I stopped taking probiotics too. I changed my diet for 2 weeks to paleo because I couldn’t do paleo any longer than that. (I still am gluten free though.) I continued to take the supplements 30 days until the bottle was gone. The protocol totally fixed my gas, bloating, and constipation. I did not go back on probiotics supplements either, but I still eat yogurt to repopulate my good guys down there. I feel so much better!

Before I rant, allow me to say I have zero health issues and purchased 2 boxes of the 60 count 180mg in the hopes of clearing an acute infection w/out antibiotics. I read in treating infections it’s good to take 10 at a time until the infection clears and you can reduce to the recommended dose after.I did just that. NOTHING. Save your money folks. I can’t comment if it’s the brand, if it’s Amazon’s amazing ability to retain false retailers and merch, or if my particular and MINOR infection came equipped with anti-allicin blockers. “If it sounds too good to be true. . .”, you know the rest.

Good product. It does have a garlic-y smell, and start out really easy on this one. I could have propelled myself to work without a car from the gas (not from my car), and don't light a match near you in the beginning. Just kidding, A little P.U. too. But it is a good product!

This product was recommended to me, my mom was sick and she used this pills and in few days, I mean maybe 2 days it took and she felt much better. Definitely works. I got an infection on my finger and this is the only thing that made it better. Works better than antibiotics. I take about 7 together until it gets better and then lower dosage until 1 a day.

I take garlic for homeopathic evidence. The capsule came highly recommended by my doctor. I can taste the garlic, but it is not overwhelming which is a benefit. Easy to take.
