A much more satisfying price than others advertised. It works well to bring out grain of a bookcase being lime waxed.

Using it not for shoes but to bring grain out of wood cabinets, works great for that purpose, study and comfortable to handle.

If you need a Bronze scratch brush, this by far is the best bang for your buck. Excellent quality. I will buy again.

I have been a user of Osborne brushes professionally for probably 50 years. In my experience, there are none better. Weiler is a close second and maybe slightly better in the powered brush category, but in a hand brush, Osborne can't be beat.

The bristles are stiff enough for the job of cleaning off an engine block to replace the head. From the other reviews, I was afraid it would be very soft. I checked the bristles and a magnet does not stick to them so they are not plated steel like other brushes I have purchased.

Beware - What you see is not what you get. The photo on the Amazon website shows a brush much wider and with more dense brush material than what was sent, perhaps because the model number clearly visible on the photo is different than the one you are actually ordering. Osborrn #54033SP isn't necessarily a bad product - it just isn't what is depicted in the photo...
