Pretty great from what I can tell
Seems to work well though it’s hard to tell. The price is great and I appreciate that it comes with a scoop for the right amount so I don’t have to keep my own measuring spoon on the bag.

Taste is way bettee than it smells!
It smells fishy, but the taste is sour, not fishy! I add it to my tea and it makes it nice and pleasantly tart!

It works, but watch your hairline very closely.
This stuff really does work. Apparently it helps testosterone bind to androgen receptors in your body. Increases androgen receptors, Leydig cells and LH(luteinizing hormone) I lost weight A LOT easier and felt stronger. But...I'm one of the people who had some hair loss while using it. It was really noticeable. It hit me really hard really fast. Some people say their hair thickens. IDK about that. You need to watch your hair closely while taking. I'm going to resume taking it with a DHT blocker(finasteride). The tartrate version is the one that affects testosterone the most. Regular I-carnitine(not tartrate) powder doesn't have this effect apparently. This is close to taking a mild anabolic steroid IMO. Good luck.

Work pretty well and good value for the money
Overall I would say this is a good value. It can taste pretty sour so you definitely need to add it to something to mask that unless you don't mind very tart taste. Not sure it gave me as much of a sweat as some of the other brands but those cost quite a bit more. But that could be just a matter of tweaking the amount?

A lot for the price. Take it twice.
It's good but you need to take more than 1 gram a day ... Like 2 to 6 and then it still lasts a while. The smell is just when you open it. Get over it and burn some fat!

Great product, bad packaging
Edit: there was a scoop. Very little at bottom. Suggested use is confusing. Is it 1g/scoop, or 5g. Only 3⭐️ because.. what is a scoop? Give me the measurement. Also mixed grams on packaging. Definitely sour, but that’s expected. Good quality. Great value for money. Mixes well.

Body temperature rises during training
Excellent, I used 3 grams and while doing cardio my body warmed up even though I was in an air-conditioned gym, that's an indication that it's a quality product
