This Bible is amazing, I had the previous second edition Thomas Nelson Kjv study Bible and I upgraded to this one and I am so glad that I did, It’s very informative for bible studies and it has many pictures and it’s packed full of knowledge for anyone thinking about buying this edition, go for it, I am so glad that I did. Delivery was quick, although the outer cover of the Bible had been delivered damaged by Amazon, not the delivery driver, it appears that this was damaged before it was packed up to be delivered, it was a little irritating because I wanted to keep the cover on it and it was ripped. Apart from this, which does not effect its use, this bible is amazing and I am so happy with this, I also have a loved one who is incarcerated in the USA who has the same bible in leather imitation and they have also said how informative and brilliant it is for bible studies, I am very pleased that I bought this bible and you won’t be disappointed if you buy this either, well worth the money, I love this bible. I also purchased separately some bible taps and a beautiful bible cover bag, to keep it protected and make it easier to carry everywhere with me as it’s a large bible. I would definitely recommend purchasing a bible cover bag so it’s easier to keep it like new and easier to carry with you, if you are on the move. I love this bible, thank you for bringing this bible into my life 😊

What can one say about the good book . It does explain things better than a normal Bible

A really good study bible with lots of cross references and descriptions of the areas and times. Would highly recommend.

I bought this to improve my study of the Bible. This book is lovely and has so much interesting information in it with some lovely pictures of the holy land etc. it is fairly simple to follow and give some good explanations and background of Jewish life, customs and belief. I have not read the whole thing yet, and have skimmed over a lot of it, but I have found it useful when I have needed to understand something a bit better.

Very good, aside giving a preface to the individual books of the Bible, it also provides a segmented conceptualisation of the Hebrew transcription. Which is wonderful as it correlates well with much of the textual explanations found in the strongs exhaustive. This Bible is good to add depth to preaching / teaching. It's a great addition to the foundation of knowing God's word, so subjectively I use it alongside my unfiltered plain text Bible. Thomas nelson is a great publisher and the font style / size works cohesively with all the assembled information so nothing is jumbled together. Brilliant, praise be to the most high Lord.

A wonderful Bible. But I was disappointed that the seller's description of the font didn't match the font in the Bible. I was particularly looking for a Bible with a big font, and the seller's description seemed to match what I was looking for. Unfortunately, when I received the Bible, the font was really small to my liking. Apart from the font, it's a wonderful Bible.

I love my bible. It same as expected, and is so easy to read and understand.

Gorgeous to start with, and really gives us a more clear perspective into this ancient lore.

This is my first time owning a King James Study Bible and I'm really enjoying this Full-Color Third Edition. In terms of build quality it is smyth-sewn with a candy-red ribbon marker, and this particular edition is the "Burgundy Leathersoft" which has the look and feel of real leather (and will likely last just as long) and has some pretty cool laser etching on the cover top and bottom that runs from the front all the way around the spine to the back. The only downside quality-wise is that Thomas Nelson decided to use a paper lining on the inside of the cover, but for a $55 pricetag it's a very well-made Bible. The stitching on the cover is gold, with gold lettering on the front cover and across the spine, and the gold gilding is well done (i.e., it doesn't have "train tracks" running along the pages, which is is a common trait among lesser-quality builds). This edition was printed China. It features hundreds of beautiful photographs and images, 57 full-color maps in the text that have been recompiled and redrawn for this new edition, and centre-column references with notes that include alternate and equivalent translations, explanations of unusual King James words and phrases (which is a big plus for me personally), and scores of doctrinal footnotes, personality profiles of biblical characters and archaeological sites. At the back there are a number of helpful topical indexes: Christ and the Gospels, Paul and his letters and end times prophecy. There's also a concordance with original language studies and 8 full-color Bible maps. The 10-point font Bible text makes reading a pleasure, and once again I have to say that, as someone who has never really read the KJV text a whole lot, I am finding the alternate translation notes a real help as they help me to enjoy the reading experience even more. This is a well-crafted Bible with solid study notes that will help the reader better grasp the Word. Well worth your time and investment.
