Ergonomically crafted for comfort and easy disassembly, this portafilter is a must-have for espresso enthusiasts seeking professional-level control and aesthetic appeal. ## Description Product Description NOTSEK 51mm Bottomless Portafilter with 51mm Puck Screen The bottomless portafilter allows us to visualise the position, flow rate and color of the espresso after the water has passed through the powder, helping us to identify the shortcomings in the extraction process. The portafilter is made from natural sourwood , which is affected by the climate and soil during the growth process, resulting in some variation in the grain of each portafilter. The texture of solid wood is the art of nature. Bottomless portafilter allows us to observe the problems that occur in the extraction process , helping to make adjustments in the next extraction.(Such as baking degree, grind size, powder quantity, tamping, distribution , etc.) Please keep cleaning of the wooden handle to a minimum. If cleaned, please dry promptly. Prolonged contact with water can cause the wood to swell and therefore cause the screws to come out.
