OWDEN 2 Packs Enamel Markers for Metal Stamps and Metal Engraving DIY

A little difficult to wipe off but otherwise it works beautifully.

These metal stamp markers work really well for marking pieces before I engrave them. I use them in my laser engraving shop to make quick reference marks on metal items, especially when I need to indicate orientation or alignment points. The ink shows up clearly on stainless steel, aluminum, and brass surfaces which is exactly what I needed. The markers have a decent tip that doesn't wear down too quickly even with regular use on metal surfaces. They dry fast which is important because I don't want smudges transferring to my laser bed. The enamel-based ink seems pretty durable - marks stay visible through handling until I'm ready to clean them off. Comes as a two-pack which is handy to have a backup. They've become part of my standard workflow when setting up custom engraving jobs. Price seems fair for what you get.

Have used on several stamping projects but some of the colors come out too light.

Not what I expected. It says to leave on for a few minutes but then it doesn't come off and if you don't wait it just wipes off.

The price-quality ratio is good; the markers are made of good material, and the colors lay down well and provide good coverage

After purchasing a black enamel pen from the brand ImpressArt, I was looking for more colors and found these. After they arrived, I excitedly used them for some freebies I was making and noticed the enamel ink was much thinner than the ImpressArt ones. I let the ink dry for only a minute or 2 (as the directions state) and went to wipe off the excess...it would not wipe off. I rubbed the ink vigorously but it would only come off when I scratched it off with my nail. The blue did ok but the purple even scratched off from inside the impression, no matter how careful I was. The black was so watery I could use it as a watercolor marker (notice the very thin gray color in the photo, the dark black is the ImpressArt pen). When put onto the metal to color in the impression, I might as well have tried to color it with water, zero color was left behind. Highly disappointed

Bought to fill in stamped names on dog tags for son’s military birthday party. They worked great! Super easy to use and made the letters really pop on the dog tag. These were the best price I had found anywhere and the color is great. Filled in the letters easily and the excess wiped off nicely.

They are not very bright. The purple is more of a very light violet as compared to the color on the marker. Would not buy again
