They have been absolutely brilliant for my daily multimedia workflows, graphic design, and video editing. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is incredibly effective, and the sound profile is precise enough for heavy audio monitoring and video editing tasks. A few months into using them, the plastic headband extension arm accidentally cracked. However, this is where boAt’s customer service completely blew me away. I registered a complaint online, and their support team was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Instead of making me travel, they arranged a hassle-free Bluedart door-to-door pickup right from my address. Within just a couple of weeks, they verified the issue and delivered a brand-new replacement unit directly to my doorstep! It is rare to see a brand back their product with such seamless, top-tier warranty service. If you are on the fence about buying these, absolutely go for it. Between the performance and the elite support, you are fully covered.

Broke in Just 2 Months. Save Your Money. I regret buying the boAt Rockerz 551 ANC. What looked like a decent pair of headphones turned out to be a complete disappointment in terms of durability. Let's start with the build quality — it's absolutely terrible. boAt tries to fool you by giving an illusion of a premium, sturdy build. Don't fall for it. The real weak point is the hinges — those thin, flimsy plastic joints where the earcups fold inward. They are shockingly fragile. Mine snapped during completely normal, everyday use. No drops, no mishandling — just regular wear. That's how poorly engineered these hinges are. The headphone lasted exactly two and a half months before falling apart in my hands. As for sound quality, it's just okay-ish at best — nothing impressive for the price, and the ANC feels more like a marketing gimmick than a real feature. And if you're counting on boAt's warranty to save you — don't. Their warranty claim process is a nightmare and they will find every reason to reject it. Bottom line: This product is a complete waste of money. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid the Rockerz 551 ANC and invest your money in a brand that actually stands behind its products.

So basically I'm using it from a week and here are the list i found in this headphone 1) sound quality is too good listening music from this headphone will kill you inside 2) battery life is insane I mean if you fully charged it then you are not gonna pick your charger for two days 3) unexpected but gaming is quite too impressive it doesn't mention in the product but it's good compared to others 4)call experience is normal it has noise cancellation like all the products 5) build quality is not too good it's totally made up of fibre body and there is no metal inside the header part so if you are purchasing it make sure you'll handle it carefully 6) weight is too light approximately 150gm or may be 250gm At last 7) bluetooth connectivity is much better than others So overall I'm rating this product 4 cuz in this price range i found this product great

Long-term review! I felt compelled to write this 5 months in, right after breaking the headphones. Build Quality: The build quality is evidently average. I am a very rough & tough user who has been using JBL headphones for years, and this headphone barely survived 6 months. Sound Quality: The sound quality is okay for the price point, but nowhere near the premium ones. It's good for a strict budget and that's about it - the mids, the treble and the bass just get the job done. Battery & ANC: The absolute best thing about these headphones is the battery life; it lasts long enough that you forget when you last charged it. The ANC feature is also adequate to keep your listening isolated from outside noise. Verdict: In short, it's overrated and overpriced in its segment, and there are loads of better budget options even in boAt's own product list.

So, initially i had my doubts when i ordered this headphone, especially considering my lack of knowledge in this devices, however, it is with great pleasure to inform you that it is an amazing purchase. • sound quality is decent, there is ANC (active noise cancellation) which isn't really good, you will be disappointed if you bought it for noice cancellation, it does supress a little external sound but not even remotely impressive • It looks beautiful, mine is black, although it doesn't seem very durable, now i am confident i can take great care of it, but if you aren't careful then it might end up breaking within first few months of purchase. • Ambient mode is extremely helpful during functions or any event where you need to be attentive, maybe someone is calling you or something else, so using Ambient mode you can hear external sound more clearly • One of the main reason i bought it is because of the battery, and it didn't disappoint, absolute monster when it comes to battery, you can use it for 6 hours continuously and only 10%-5% battery will be consumed. • It is also extremely comfortable and covers your ears really well, it's foldable but again handle with care, it doesn't seem very durable, modes such as signature sound makes the listening phenomenal. • Gaming - now i didn't expect it to perform this well in terms of gaming but i was surprised, while they didn't mention anything about gaming experience, it did perform very well, games checked - (PUBG, Terraria, COD, Dead Cells, Little Nightmare).

Bought the boAt Rockerz 551 ANC thinking it would be durable for daily study and entertainment use, but the build quality is honestly terrible. The extension/support joint on one side broke during completely normal usage while simply wearing the headphones. No major fall, no rough handling — just a slight flex and it cracked. Comfort is also overhyped. Long usage becomes uncomfortable, and the plastic build feels weak and cheap. Sound may be decent, but what’s the point if the structure itself cannot survive regular use? Definitely not value for money at the current price. Expected durability, got disappointment instead.

Price varies greatly everytime I visit this product. I bought this 2 years back. It's battery life and sound is awsome. However, it's build quality disappointed me. It's foam is too sensitive to moisture. Even on never using it during workout, it's earpads are breaking down and ruptured. Secondly, Both of it's plastic size strechers are broken even while using normally. Plastic is too brittle. A practical solution which worked is the use of fevi-Quick along with baking soda. It's tutorials are available on media platforms. This also does not support AUX. However there is no issues bluetooth and latency. Portablity is not an issue due to it's foldable design but due to it's brittle plastic I avoid carrying it while travelling. Better option can be Rockerz 571 ANC. You should wait for the best price of this product as it varies greatly. I bought this same thing in 2600. And I saw this 1499 few months back and now it's 2000 approximately.
