I have invested in many filters and this one works quite well. It’s quiet, clears out the water of the fine debris, and my turtle loves sitting up on the rock. Not easy to find the right rock for him (he’s about 6 inches long) and have it double as a filter. Score. Definitely worth your money. In my opinion.

I wish I could give this piece of crap zero stars. It does absolutely nothing but make the most annoying buzzing noise. It’s been 4days since I started using it and the water is so cloudy. It’s a piece of junk I want my $ back.

This filter system does have some design issues. It does not filter as advertised. The water does not last a week clean before it becomes murky. The way to insert the filter and then take it out is cumbersome and it does not allow for proper filtering. Noise level is fine. The stone, nonetheless, is excellent for my turtle, who has mobility issues. She loves the stone and that is the only reason we did not return the product.

This product was missing the carbon bags. Had to purchase bags to replace as it was supposed to come with 6 .

I bought many before coming across this one, there is no noise, it keeps the tank cleaner than the others, highly recommended

Horrible. Day 3 an turtle tank stinks. Water cloudy. The user manual states 6 activated carbon bag included. They’re missing. The top rock doesn’t lock in place it’s shaky. I’m very disappointed. Only good thing is it’s quiet but doesn’t work
