I'm sorry, but after 50 years I could not deal with the habitual stuff and the nicotine withdrawal at the same time. These tiny doses (compared to 45+ cigarettes a day!) have taken the edge off while I deal with breaking my habits. But it's working! Only because I am committed, but it's working! I'll step down if I make it a week and then deal from there. I'm going to be free!!!

Like other people are saying, they don't work. I could tell the effect wasn't there as with other brands, which prompted me to check the box. That's why they only say "Smart molecules continue to give effect to smoking cessation for 24 hours. One patch contains 21 mg ingredients"; "100% pure natural plant"; "transdermal system patch" -- they don't specify that they're nicotine patches though unfortunately Amazon included them in its category of nicotine pouches. Basically false and misleading advertising on the part of the company, the "21 mg" part is deceptive because it mimics the labeling of other packages, plus negligence on the part of Amazon. Amazon also refuses to refund before receiving the item despite their also being at fault for this, so seriously don't give away your money if you're on a budget because your actual nicotine replacement therapy will be delayed.

i was a smoker for 20 years this helped me a lot but does give nightmares i didn't notice it was the patch at first but a few friends asked me about my dreaming as they were using them to and i figured out it was the patch but could also have been the nicotine with draw

I don't care what the manufacture says, there is no nicotine on theses so-called patches... They don't stick for more than 5 minutes, There is no nicotine on theses so-called nicotine patches it's the biggest rip off I ever bought on Amazon, save your money and buy a real product not designed to fool people who really want to stop smoking... They would not even make good band-aids, they simply do not stick, and they are very thin... To say I was disappointed is an understatement, I am down right furious at this blatant rip off!!!!

These patches work for me. It's nice to know I don't have to pay 4 times the amount for these type of patches. You just open it up, remove the patch and stick it on yourself. It's that easy and lasts the whole day!
